Prasta kokybė, netvirtas rėmas
Mes nusipirkome arką rožėms . Vienintelis džiuginantis dalykas buvo greitas pristatymas. Išpakavus produktą nustebino labai prasta gaminio kokybę. Prekės rėmas pagamintas iš labai plono plieno , tad surinkus gaminį jis visas labai netvirtas ir visas kreivas.
Nors gaminys visiškai naujas, tačiau keliose vietose matosi dažymo brokas ir kai kur rėmas nepadengtas dažais. Apskritai gaminio kokybė tragiška ir labai netvirta. Gaminys skirtas lauko rožėms paremti, tačiau jau dabar matosi metalo korozijos požymiai, tad po lietingo oro, korozija dar labiau paveks gaminį.

Defective product

Terrible experience. Received a greenhouse with defective part A6-4×1. After two failed attempts by vidaXL to send a functional replacement (both times defective!), we had to fix it at our own expense.
Now, we found even more parts and screws missing. Because of this, the structure remained unstable and the wind has already ripped out the side panels. The product is now damaged due to your repeated failures and incomplete delivery. Customer support is non-existent (only bots). I demand immediate responsibility and a full solution for this defective and now damaged product.

Kokybė labai prasta
Kokybė labai prasta, sudėtingas surinkimas, trūko varžtų. Užsisakiau baltos spalvos spinteles. Nudažyta nekokybiškai, persišviečia plokštės pro dažus. Kaina gal ir mažesnė, bet nerekomenduoju. Geriau pasitaupyti ir nusipirkti brangesnį, bet geresnės kokybės daiktą.

The cage was from really cheap parts, fence even cheaper to buy from local shop, very cheap metal construction bolts get loose so easy, not happy and not recommended to anyone.

Pirkome dvi lovas. Pirmiausia nuotraukų atitikimas realybę labai mažas, o antra lovos surinkimas buvo neįmanomas nes varžtų vietos ant vienų pagaliukų ir ant rėmo neatitiko visiškai... Visaip kaip dėliojom, tai arba būtų reikėję pjauti pagaliukus arba ilginti rėmą, nu žodžiu labai prasta patirtis tiek kokybės santykiu tiek tikslumo..

Never ever again
Tikrai, nuoširdžiai blogai. Perku Lietuvos tinklalapyje, prekė - kilimas netiko nei dėl spalvos, nei dėl kokybės. Aprašymas irgi neatitiko. Norėjau grąžinti ir čia prasidėjo...atsakymai chatboto, tas pats per tą patį, savaitė be rezultato kur grąžinti - tada nurodė Nyderlandų adresą!!! Pirkau LT, o grąžinti turiu savo sąskaita į Nyderlandus arba savo sąskaita per jų kurjerį - grąžinimas man kainavo 20€.
Gaila laiko aiškintis. Nerekomenduoju!

they promised to refund money but kept delaying for over 2 months, until i contacted govt officials.
took 3 months for them to take back the trash they sent

I ordered from VidaXL.lt
Payments system customer unfriendly.
I placed an order, selected bank transfer as payment method and instead of usual bank payment procedure I received an email from dutch banking system Ayden with not working payment link which later on appears to be necessary reference number(they should work on their translations too because important reference they call in Lithuanian:nuoroda, which can also mean link so it is confusing for customers). I paid money and indicated order number. Since 4th January no confirmation that they got money, no delivery and no decent help. Today I got answer that they will try to « solve it » max within 6 days😂😂😂 that means couple weeks somebody is using my money and trying to solve something…and what about the delivery of order? That probably will take another 5 days…one big SCAM! Do not trust it, people.

The quality of the shelf is tragic
The quality of the shelf is tragic. In one place it protrudes 3mm, in another 2mm, and in another it is equal to = 0mm, the hooks on which it hangs are wider than the board itself. In some places the screws go all the way in as they should, in others they come loose and stick out (the included stickers don't cover them...). The poorest quality thing I have ever bought online.
Extra ~5eur for "priority" delivery is taxes for idiots. Yes I am one of the dummy who ordered this priority... :)
