Very polite and efficient

(Rosyth) Vivienne in the sales office is 10/10 and was brilliant with us from start to finish, however I have to say that the aftercare specifically for our garden which was an incentive has been atrocious. Took 6+ weeks to get our garden chips for the most part sorted and we’re still pushing for new grass due to the awful state of the grass provided when we got our keys with it being dead in corners, and replacement strips also with dead patches. Would highly recommend avoiding getting your lawn from Avant as it has been a waste of a summer for our kids who were excited to move into their new house and play in their garden.

We visited Stewart Quarter in Rosyth back in October last year & had the pleasure of meeting Vivienne Cazaly.
We only went for a look.
We have been in our new property since 29th June. Vivienne has been amazing from start to finish. We built up such a lovely relationship with her, she has been like a family member.
Even now after moving in we still stop by for a chat & catch up when she not to busy. Thank you again Vivienne for everything. Anne, Robert & Brodie

Popped into the show homes and Kornelija was brilliant. Very knowledgeable about the houses and the development. She gave lots of good advice of the process too.

The sales staff were so lovely and attentive! The process was smooth and every question was answered with speed and precision! Going into the move in date, our liaison member was attentive and every snag was dealt quickly and in a timely matter

We've been visiting a few of the show homes in the East Midlands this weekend and have found all sales staff extremely helpful and friendly. Whilst we won't be purchasing locally (but explained the purpose for our visits), we think we may have found the type and style of property we would highly consider when we are ready to move. Thanks to Louise, Rosie (?), and Julia.

We couldn't be happier with the service Darren provided. He was brilliant from start to finish, sorting out the issues in our new Avant Homes property efficiently and professionally.

Darren was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything he was doing. Nothing was too much trouble, and he made sure every issue was resolved to a high standard before leaving. It's reassuring to have someone so reliable and committed to doing a great job.

Laura has been extremely helpful and put our mind at ease throughout the process. She fully explained all our options and made sure we understood the process with a new build. Me and my partner are first time buyers, and Laura made a daunting experience into an easy and relaxing one.

Julia was so friendly & knowledgeable about the properties & all aspects of the development. It was a pleasure to meet her & a credit to Avant Builders!

We recently moved into our new-build home & I wanted to thank Andrew Cockrell for all his help throughout the handover process.
Andrew was friendly, professional & easy to deal with from start to finish.

As with any new-build, we had a few snagging issues, but every item we raised was dealt with promptly & efficiently. Communication was always good & Andrew kept us updated until things were resolved.

The only outstanding item is the *replacement of the water isolation valve under the sink*. However, both Andrew & Dawn have assured us that this will be replaced, and based on their commitment & the excellent service we’ve received so far, we have every confidence it will be sorted.
Overall, we’ve had a positive experience & Andrew has made the whole process much easier. We appreciate all the help he has given us.

Have spent a lot of times with developers over the years but I have to say Avant Thistle meadows, Tranent were excellent.
The expertise and professionalism show by Megan Gunter was second to none.
Thank you for all your advise and always with a smile on your face.

It just gets worse. I made an official complaint thinking it would be escalated and then I get a reply from Caroline who is part of the local Customer Care Team. I want someone of authority to be involved, not someone who assisted with the snags.
I have asked how to contact the Ombudsman and am still waiting for a reply. I will not let this drop as noone can be bothered to come and discuss this. They just basically saying it's not their problem and they basically do not care.

Avant Homes really do not care about the customer after the initial 5 months expires.
I have an issue with a fence having a gap of 4 inches or more in places and they are saying it's my fault as I've had my garden landscaped. So I have sent them photos from my neighbours garden, who has not had anything done yet, and they are refusing to do anything. Obviously I only noticed recently when sitting outside. They say the soil was up the the fence on completion but having asked for photos several times, they've only sent the back fence photos which is not where the issue is. It's utter rubbish and you can see a gap on my photos before I had work done.
Also my neighbour reported part an issue with his fence when he moved in 11 months ago and they have still done nothing.
And now, I've been using a kitchen cleaner that THEY supplied in their welcome pack, knowing full well I had a quartz worktop, and apparently that's not suitable and the shine has gone in certain areas. They have asked for photos but it doesn't show so I've suggested they send someone round.
The only mistake I made is buying a property through them in the first place. I'm so angry.
I will be making a formal complaint once Adrian replies to my last mail which I expected yesterday. Shocking service. What makes me more angry is they don't even offer to come round to discuss and take a look.
Do yourself a favour and use a builder who cares.

The show house was spacious, well presented, and finished to a high standard. The sales representative was very friendly and professional, providing clear and relevant information throughout the visit. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

We requested to view a couple of houses in Earls Park, we spoke to Louise and she was fantastic!

Prompt service. Quick to attend to any teething issues. Overall we’ve been really happy with the service experienced with our move.

I moved in on Friday and what should have been a smooth move didn't happen. If Julia Portington from Advant Lawrence Point was not there to sort out the issues I would have had an awful move. What started out as terrible first thing Friday with Julia help and good humour the day ended well. I could not thank Julia for being so professional and so helpful to me. She is truly a gem and Advant should be proud to have her on there team. Thank you Julia
