Great products, prices, customer service and communication. Fast turnaround and delivery as well. Found a new go to place for business marketing products. Couldn't be happier.

This company is deceptive listing their address as Georgia when in reality the signs ship from India. I paid for priority overnight shipping thinking it was shipping from the US. The shipment was supposedly guaranteed to arrive to me by Tuesday. I needed it by Thursday so I felt this gave me a buffer. When it still hadn't arrived by Wednesday,I called and was told the shipment was delayed and would arrive by Friday. My son's senior night was Thursday so Friday did me no good. Very sad and disappointed. When I stated this, I was offered a refund on my shipping only - a total of $35. I told the guy that I would have no need for these signs on Friday as the event would be over and I never would have ordered them had I known they wouldn't arrive in time. He said all he could do was refund the shipping. Then an hour later, I got an email stating that they were only going to refund me a portion of my shipping fees - $20. When I studied the tracking information I saw that the shipment originated in India not Georgia!! They sold me overnight shipping which is a joke because of course a shipment from India will not arrive overnight. Very very sad and frustrated.

I've been doin business wit Best of Signs for many years. Their prices are great, service is great and customer service is great. highly recommend them.

I am thoroughly disappointed with my recent experience. I placed an order with the expectation that it would be completed and delivered on time, especially since I paid a premium expedited overnight shipping fee. However, not only was my order not completed or even started, but no one from production or customer support communicated that there would be any delays or issues with meeting the promised delivery deadline.

I trusted that paying for expedited shipping would ensure a fast and reliable service. Instead, I was left in the dark. It wasn’t until I proactively checked on the status of my order that I learned it was delayed. At that point, it was already too late to adjust my plans. The lack of proactive communication from both production and customer support was extremely frustrating. Had they simply notified me about the delay or potential issue, I could have made other arrangements or adjusted my expectations accordingly.

Unfortunately, this experience has left me questioning the reliability of this service, especially when paying extra for expedited shipping. If you are considering placing an order here and expect timely delivery, be prepared for the possibility that your order might not even be started, let alone delivered on time. The lack of transparency and accountability in handling this situation was simply unacceptable.

I also question if the 4.5 Star reviews they advertise on their website is real considering this will be the second time I have had issues with Best of Signs

Bestofsigns has been providing my company with high quality signs, very professional online design support and best pricing; my company always orders signs from Bestofsigns.
Bestofsigns is highly recommended for all the businesses and end users.

The product is of the highest quality. The people at Best of signs help optimize the layout and quality if lower quality images are all you have. The only negative is the storage bag the item ships with. Poor quality zippers and straps rip off very easy.

AVOID BestofSigns. My attempt to place a small order with BestofSigns turned into a nightmare. I found their website decidedly user UNfriendly and found that it failed to disclose important information.
First, though located in Georgia, BestofSigns outsourced my order for processing and shipping to INDIA ... I could optimistically expect delivery in about three weeks.
Second, though I uploaded my "artwork" in 600dpi high resolution, I found their online editing screen difficult to locate and quite inadequate for lack of rudimentary editing tools.
Third, my invoice contained a statement that my order would automatically be printed in "low resolution" unless I contacted customer service directly. I contacted customer service to request high resolution printing. They issued a "repair ticket" to be considered and approved by one of their "engineers" (a process that would delay printing and shipping my order up to a week).
Fourth, their enticing advertised price with shipping comes with a "gotcha" ... my cost would seriously inflate if I approved an "engineer" recommended adjustment to my order during their approval process. In my case, "engineers" wanted to resize my upload (which would have rendered my order useless) and charge me a fee that would almost double the price of my order! It seemed to me to be a clumsy attempt to charge a "set-up" fee. I declined.
Fourth, BestofSigns emailed me a miniature, fuzzy "proof" that I had to approve before they processed and shipped my order. My approving the illegible "proof" would have absolved them of all liabilities and committed me to purchase whatever BestofSigns sent me.
Fifth, my "last straw" was a second BestofSigns attempt to obtain an additional "engineer" fee; this time to upgrade my high resolution "artwork" to vector format before printing. It left me wondering if BestofSigns was attempting to employ the old "bait and switch" con.
Whatever, I could no longer trust BestofSigns to handle my order with quality results.
With that I quit! I canceled my little order and eventually contacted my credit card issuer. After enduring their hassles and complying with hoop-jumping demands, I sincerely regret contacting them.

Thank you for reinforcing my review in your reply that states my order was "put into recreation" when you received it and later your reply states a fee is charged only if there are any changes to the product. My permitting BestofSigns a recreation would authorize a change to my product which would incur a design fee as your emails to me do substantiate. Your reply states "verification is free of charge" which occurs when the customer approves your proof and agrees to release BestofSigns from production liabilities.
