Brownhills Motorhomes Avis 

We visited Brownhills site in Newark possibly looking for a late second hand Rapido. We ended up buying a new one. The part exchange price just about worked for us, this was helped by the additional sales discount against new Motorhomes. We found our salesman Jonathan to not only be very knowledgeable but very polite and not pushy at all. The complete experience was excellent from start to finish.

Excellent experience all round. We were able to view the Motor homes at our leisure, we felt under no pressure at all. Our salesman Jordan was very informative, nothing was too much trouble. We had a couple of snagging issues that were booked in last weekend to fix. Ady carried out the repairs, the level of workmanship was outstanding. Ady kept us up to date with his progress which was extremely helpful.

We had decided to upgrade our swift kontiki 669 so came to Brownhills. We met Jordan and told him what we were looking for. We thought the 894 was what suited our needs and had disregarded the 884 after looking at the online set up. Jordan said please look inside the 884 as I think you will be surprised how it looks in the flesh. Glad we did as we negotiated a deal and now have a fantastic new swift kon-tiki 884. We had a smooth handover on 23rd December, everything was clearly explained. We had to ring Jordan in the new year just to activate the swift command tracker app, which is working great. We can operate all the controls from the app.

Still the warranty doesn’t give customers peace of mind. Spending that amount of money just to get fobbed of. This isn’t the only complaint with after sales. Habitation checks not done properly, Battery problems still not resolved,Engine failure due to you having it in your work shop. Look at pass issues. So one is more than this company deserves. I’ll not buy another vehicle from here again and I will not be referring anyone to buy too.

We bought a new campervan from Brownhills at the October show at the NEC. Joe was really helpful throughout and our handover experience was also very thorough. We stayed at Brownhills overnight to make sure all was ok and enjoyed a free Christmas dinner. We were given vouchers to use in the shop and meal vouchers for a future date. So far the whole experience has been very positive and we're hoping this will continue.

We were delighted with the competence and service of Brownhills, from the purchase procedure, to the testing and servicing of the campervan, to the handover and even to the knowledge of the staff in the shop. Brownhills is extremely professional and yet very friendly. We were even treated to a free Christmas lunch on the pickup day.

Big thanks to all especially to Shaun and Rick for the time you took with us. We are thrilled with our Campervan and can’t wait to start using “her”!

From the initial reception at the NEC Stand, meeting the sales exec Shaun Holmes, the whole purchasing experience with our motorhome, through to completion and handover of the vehicle can only be described as effortless. Brownhills, and Shaun in particular, went the extra 'mile' to ensure that all questions, queries and general concerns were dealt with in a very professional manner. The highlight for us was that the purchase was completed in a matter of weeks and, after a short break at Club Brownhills we drove away in our new motorhome.

Perfect, from first looking at van to purchase we were given all the information we needed and asked for. The hand over went well, have to go back for a few things but we were made aware and kept informed. Everyone was so helpful and friendly, we stayed for 2 nights incase of problems and advice.

Just been for the Christmas dinner great time was had by all great staff especially Jonathan who is a great member of staff looking forward to seeing you all again in January

Top experience. Great handover, very thorough and able to record if needed. Motorhome is perfect for our needs. Club Brownhills is a bonus, free over night stops, free use of swimming pool, sauna and hot tub. £250 to spend in shop plus 20% discount until Feb - absolutely brilliant. On site cafe is lovely too.

We purchased a new Adria Compact DL from Brownhills mid October part exchanging our Adria Twin. The whole experience from viewing, order to handover was relaxed and at no time did we feel pressurised into the purchase. Jonathon (sales exec) was very helpful and kept us fully informed throughout the process. Handover went extremely smoothly, although there was a software issue with the Adaptive Cruise Control which resulted in a further visit to resolve. All companies have "issues" but the measure of a company is how they deal with those issues. All I can say is Alex in Post Handover kept us fully updated until the problem was solved. Never felt as if I had to chase to find out what was happening. All good, and more than happy to recommend Brownhills.

What a breath of fresh air.... This is your one stop shop to purchase a motorhome when you're new to this activity like we were. We called in to Brownhills Motorhomes about 3 months ago and we were met by Mat, who listened to our list of wishes and offered great advice on what would best suit our long list of needs. We quickly realised that this was a big purchase which needed more investigation and time to see what options were available. We went to NEC and met Mat again on the Brownhills Stand, once again he offered advise and spent time with us, however still no further forward. We then found ourselves drawn back to Brownhills Motorhomes, mainly because of their vast stock and friendly / helpful, but never 'pushy' approach. We were then helped by Shaun, who was again patient and professional in helping us make the final decision. Move on a further 3 weeks and we collected our new Adria Campervan at the weekend and again Shaun was fantastic, along with Steve Smith who did a brilliantly informative handover. I cannot recommend Brownhills Motorhomes and their dedicated staff highly enough, who made the entire process of buying our first 'home' on wheels a total pleasure.

From enquiry to purchase, the service we received was outstanding. This is our fourth motorhome, and I can confidently say it has been the best buying experience we’ve ever had. Joe Brent went above and beyond to help us find the perfect motorhome, advising us on the ideal layout and securing the best deal available without being a pushy salesman. Nothing was too much trouble; he even took the time to send multiple videos of our chosen vehicle.

Communication across the entire Brownhills team was excellent, and we were kept fully updated on the progress of our purchase as it went through preparation checks. When the exciting day finally arrived to collect our motorhome, the exceptional customer service continued. Andy gave us a thorough and engaging handover, bringing both humour and impressive knowledge of the vehicle. The part-exchange process was completely hassle-free, and we drove away in a high-quality motorhome that truly feels like our dream purchase (within budget!).

It was great to meet Joe in person on handover day, where he continued with his exceptional customer service whilst looking after us during our visit. Although we plan to keep this motorhome for many years, we’ll certainly return to Brownhills for our next purchase. A five-star review just doesn’t seem high enough for Joe or for Brownhills!

Travelled to Brownhills from st Helen’s to get a Great Deal on a swift escape 674 brand new 75 plate , From start to finish Great service from Liam , no pushy salesman friendly , helpful , sorted everything and extras . Andy and Ste also deserve a mention on the handover , stayed the night got a free breakfast all in all ⭐ ⭐ ⭐️⭐️⭐️

We made initial enquiries at the NEC caravan and Motorhome show where our sales executive Jonathan was very professional, helpful and friendly. He came up with a great deal for us with the part exchange of our Motorhome. We made the decision there and then to proceed with the purchase. A handover date was set and we were kept fully informed in respect of the preparation of our new van.
On handover day, we were greeted by the friendly reception staff and asked to wait in the waiting area.
Jonathan came over within a couple of minutes and explained the process.
We went for a coffee and breakfast in their lovely cafe whilst our appraisal on our existing van took place.
Once back in showroom we were introduced to Terry who undertook our handover for the new van. Terry was very informative, knowledgeable and extremely pleasant throughout.
We then stayed the night in their facility and Steve came round the next morning to check if we had any queries.
