I have just taken possession of my new outstanding KIA NIRO in pearl white. I initially had a small fault on the front grill. I’d visited CMC on two separate occasions and the advice and help given to me was very positive from two mechanics at separate times. The members of staff were very pleasant and knowledgeable. The service staff fall into the same category. Outstanding in every respect. My fault was sorted and the car was washed afterwards. I would highly recommend CMC Chippenham to all future customers. Merry Christmas to you all at CMC🎄🎅🏻
PS; I enjoyed my coffee from the machine in the customer waiting lounge.

I cannot recommend Paul & John enough. Having just purchased a Sportage - the service received from the test drive, knowledge of all the options through to being kept up to date on the delivery to collecting the car has been 5*. If you want a Kia go to Chippenham.

I had my cars first MOT booked in plenty of time but had to cancel it when I caught covid. After recovering I telephoned the service department only to be told that there were no more MOT appointments available until well after my MOT was due. However, Ramona then called me back having arranged an extra MOT appointment specially for my car before the test was due. Many thanks Ramona for your great customer service.
