Delivery of my special bed.
Very friendly courteous and very helpful gentleman, understood my request when asked about removing old bed and mattress,
They done a good job cleaning and vacuuming as they worked,
Explained clearly the operation of the bed with the remote control and also the annual maintenance inspection.

Praying on the old and vulnerable
Turned up at my nans house trying to sell her a bed she doesn’t need.
Praying on the elderly, my nan doesn’t use technology so turn up at the door and chat there way in.
Then post a leaflet for her to complete, the bed was advised £8000 trying to scam the old people

Brilliant
Unbelievably the whole process from meeting the consultant to having the bed installed was TWENTY TWO hours! I imagine that is quite unusual, however.
Following just the demonstration yesterday I am still in much less pain and slept for 9 hours, double the normal amount. I was sceptical about the mattress having a whole body massage function but it was that which convinced me it would be a very sensible purchase.
Yes, on the face of it my bed was quite expensive, but worth every penny given its benefits. If I could, I would buy one for all my family members.
All the staff were lovely, polite, knowledgeable and quite rightly passionate about their products
Would give them 10 stars if I could
