Cover quality seems to be very good
Cover quality seems to be very good, postage and production was very quick. The custom design process works but takes quite a lot of back and forth. Worth it to get right though.

This has been so stressful I had reached out to you too thru your contact us but never got anything back ?
We received one in the cover and the other cover separate with 2 inserts if it had been done right at your end would not have had to go thru all this back and forth sending photos, videos, taffeta label tyen to be asked us to get back with the measurements of the second cushion that should be made ?
Not happy again would rather deal with local suppliers I have learnt my lesson not worth dealing online.

Absolutely brilliant.
I purchased eight cushion covers for my outdoor setting. They were custom made in black. They arrive exactly on time and were perfect. They look fantastic and have made our furniture look brand new.
Such a cheaper alternative to new cushions or reupholstered ones.

Good sturdy furniture covers
Easy online ordering, I think the customised sizing is great. Good quality product, strong material and stitching, exactly as expected. Didn't take too long to arrive. I am very happy with this product, it will do the job of protecting my outdoor lounge chairs very well.
