I had a horrible experience with Dreams Cardiff after buying based on REVIEWS. My advice: buy adjustable beds from a specialist supplier. For instance, Laybrook pointed out the 20% discount if you have a certain chronic health condition and in the reviews, you will see 2 names: Donna and Ash who actually work at the showroom and know everything. Laybrook are great online, but ask for their brochure as this aids your selection even more, especially if the bed is for some one with movement problems. Take your time, list your questions and phone Laybrook. I saved money from changing over to Laybrook and got a beautiful bed that looks like a normal bed.

Excellent service from start to finish. Easy to order online. Advised me re delivery date and time and arrived at time specified. Bed fully assembled by delivery staff. After a few nights of use, mattress I ordered did not feel suitable for me - contacted Customer Services and replacement mattress delivered as promised when ordering. Customer Service could not be better

I had been unsuccessfully trying to find suitable replacement mattresses for my adjustable bed for months and was delighted to discover Laybrook's website.
I telephoned them with a couple of questions and the gentleman was so helpful I actually placed an order straightway.
The whole process right through to delivery went very smoothly and I am delighted as my new mattress is much better than the original one!

The bed was installed by Lee and Vernon they were polite and courteous they used the upmost consideration and respect making the installation stress free for my parents.

Very good service from purchase to delivery/installation

I've given Laybrook 4 stars. I'm very happy with the bed and the two Laybrook employees who moved my old bed into another bedroom and installed the the new bed. The only downside was the length of time between placing the order a delivery which was over two and a half months. I know the Christmas holidays were in this period but that accounts for only about one week.

Ordering was straightforward and detailed. Delivery was as and when they had promised and the the two men who transformed our bedroom worked so quickly and efficiently.
We had a wonderful night's sleep that first night and subsequently. I don't feel so eager about getting up these mornings!!

We already had a dual Buckingham adjustable bed which we brought from Laybrook a few years ago, but we needed new mattresses for it. We got wonderful advice as to which ones to order and they were delivered within 2 weeks. They are very comfortable and just what we needed. It's always a pleasure to deal with Laybrook as they make everything so easy and the staff are absolutely wonderful, from speaking to them on the phone to the delivery guys. Great company, would definitely recommend.

As an islander in my first experience of buying a new mattress did not disappoint. The service from ordering to delivery was excellent to ensure I got just the most perfectly comfortable mattress for my needs. The quality of the mattress is exceptionally good and brilliant value for money.Delivery was perfectly timed and Jordan very kindly gave me time to try it. They came to demonstrate the bed at home address so that you could have a go and see if it was for you. We were told approx 3 weeks for delivery. It was actually 4 but nevertheless it arrived and was put together by the team who then went o to demonstrate again. We now have 4 weeks to decide if we keep or send back. Need I say more it is going to be kept. ( this is a turning bed)

The engineers were excellent, removing my old bed and installing the new one. I am delighted with the bed as it solves problems with my health while being very comfortable and attractive to look at. The lady I spoke to on the phone was pleasant and helpful. Altogether an excellent experience,

Efficient ordering and delivery process. We appreciated the generous time slot to discuss different options and try different mattresses. However we hesitated over the clinical-looking covering to the bed fame and were offered other options from a very small range, one of which we accepted. What we were not told was that there would be an additional charge of £200 (for two beds). It is for this reason that I have reduced the rating to 3*.

Delivered quicker than expected very pleasant installer.
Can't wait to get my wife out of rehab so she can benefit from this adjustable bed
