Excellent experience
First class service from Jaime at the Hatfield shop. Several mobility scooters were demonstrated with care and understanding. We were allowed to drive the three scooters of interest several times. Having made a final decision the chosen scooter was ready to drive away 20 minutes later. This was our first mobility purchase and we can’t thank Jaime enough for her patience and professional help.

In future, if you wish for delivery dates beyond the usual 3-7 working days, it may be worth offering for the engineers delivery option on checkout.

My local supplier was unable to provide…
My local supplier was unable to provide what I needed urgently as it was out of stock. I found Lifestyle & Mobility on line and was able to order the same day. Even better, the wheelchair I needed was £125 less than my local supplier would have charged, had they had it in stock.

I ordered my new Go Chair.
I ordered my new Go Chair online as I have had 3 before with different companies. They have all been brilliant as I can't walk at all, and are used constantly. Matthew delivered my chair, he rang to check I was in when he arrived. No packaging on the chair which was brilliant as I didn't have to unpack it, and I started to use it straight away. Matthew was a really pleasant guy, and interesting and helpful.

A must buy
A must buy.
I purchased the Luxe Zenith a few months ago now. It’s fantastic so comfortable and lightweight. I had a mobility scooter before but I found my back was very painful within a few minutes of using it. The Zenith being a power chair means my back is in a better position. It doesn’t take long to charge and mine is the yellow which everyone I meet says how great it looks. Thank you for bringing a folding power chair out at a price that we can afford
