Beware.

This company is very good at sales and taking your money. Not good at returning deposits.

When I placed an order in June I was asked for a £400 deposit which was refundable if I cancelled the order. The order was cancelled by myself and here starts a saga.

Since then I have tried repeatedly to get my money back and been told "No problem, refund in 10/14 days". Time passes no refund. As a disabled person I'm incredibly angry at the way they treat people.

Everything was explained fully and questions were answered immediately without the man having to look for the answers. The demonstration bed base and mattress was invaluable, especially as you were encouraged to try it!
Excellent salesman without any pressure to make a purchase. Highly recommended.

We have recently had both a chair and a bed and on each occasion the rep was very helpful, not at all pushy and the results have been very satisfactory. Staff have been extremely kind, particularly Shauna who offered to deliver a piece of equipment to our house as it had not arrived with the main delivery. Thank you for two excellent deliveries. The rep who came to see my mum was extremely helpful, and explained everything, and all the options we could select. Yes the chair is more expensive than we anticipated, but it is better quality than the chair she currently has.

Had a meeting with Chaz today, with the view to purchasing a bath lift, he was extremely courteous and explained things throughly with regards to bathlift.

Chaz was helpful, patient, and caring towards my Grandma and her Parkinson’s needs. He made sure she was ordering the right bed for her needs and did not rush her decisions. A very kind man and would recommend :)
