Met with Changez, demonstrated adjustable bed for my mother in law. Was very professional, light and found a solution. Great service- highly recommended.

I cannot praise this company or Paul the rep who worked with me enough. This is the third time I have used this company, initially I helped my father buy riser recliner chairs, then I purchased one for myself and now I have purchased a bed. Every time I have been impressed by the professionalism, expertise, dedication and friendliness. Nothing was too much trouble for Paul, he was kind helpful and explained everything thoroughly. Admittedly these products are not cheap but if you want exceptional quality and furniture that does what you need without looking institutional then this is for you. I searched everywhere for a bed with the features I needed but all I could find were hospital beds, occasionally covered with some fabric at the foot and headboard but still unmistakable. That is until I spoke to Paul now I am going to have a bed that gives me all of the features I need but looks normal. Thank you so much.

Lain was unbelievably patient and professional. Gave the best advice tailored to our circumstances.

Mike Driscoll was brilliant with my mum with helping her selecting the right chair for all of her needs. He explained everything about how her disability and posture could be eased/improved, how the chair worked and demonstrated with a model that he'd brought with him. Really happy with the professional service, and how my mum was put at ease through the whole process by Mike. We will definitely recommend oaktree to others in the future.

A lovely lady rang me to make an appointment and made it the same day as was my only day off. David was punctual to.time as I have to be present also with my sister as she is non verbal. He recommended the best style for her needs was very knowledgeable and empathetic to my sisters needs . Great communication and thorough

Beware.

This company is very good at sales and taking your money. Not good at returning deposits.

When I placed an order in June I was asked for a £400 deposit which was refundable if I cancelled the order. The order was cancelled by myself and here starts a saga.

Since then I have tried repeatedly to get my money back and been told "No problem, refund in 10/14 days". Time passes no refund. As a disabled person I'm incredibly angry at the way they treat people.
