Very helpful informative gentleman. No pushing for a sale. We did purchase two chairs and look forward to receiving them.

The overall experience with Oak Tree Mobility was excellent. Andrew Murphy was friendly, very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Andrew explained the products and the demonstration chair he brought was invaluable. His input was very beneficial and helped me with the furniture I chose.

Rod Mason visited us all the way on the west coast of the Lake District, and we found it a very pleasant experience, given that he was on time, and honest about the product options and prices for our needs.

Fantastic service john was so helpful and allowed me to sit in chair as I wished for everything tended time to properly test out how each part felt which allowed me to make an informed decision. John explained everything clearly and in a simple way that I understood and answered all of my questions there was no pressure for me to buy anything and all options were covered. John jarvis is a polite and friendly guy as was Tom the guy who sorted the credit out would recommend this team and service to everyone

Lain was helpful and easy to get on with it.

Ted arrived early and was relaxed and friendly. I immediately trusted him . He always waited for me to ask the questions. , but was frequently giving me advice based on all his other customers experiences. To be able to touch and experience the bed was fabulous, I never felt pressured nd was able to make independent decisions. In all a good experience.

I cannot praise this company or Paul the rep who worked with me enough. This is the third time I have used this company, initially I helped my father buy riser recliner chairs, then I purchased one for myself and now I have purchased a bed. Every time I have been impressed by the professionalism, expertise, dedication and friendliness. Nothing was too much trouble for Paul, he was kind helpful and explained everything thoroughly. Admittedly these products are not cheap but if you want exceptional quality and furniture that does what you need without looking institutional then this is for you. I searched everywhere for a bed with the features I needed but all I could find were hospital beds, occasionally covered with some fabric at the foot and headboard but still unmistakable. That is until I spoke to Paul now I am going to have a bed that gives me all of the features I need but looks normal. Thank you so much.
