Very friendly on initial phone call. Man who came Change, was very polite, efficient and VERY PATIENT. We will be happy to refer to family and friends.

Rod mason called today to show me one of the recliner chairs. He gave me all the information about about services available and felt relaxed while he was talking . Gave me much information about different things I could add or keep it simple if I wished. I will consider buying in the near future.

Chaz visited the same day I called for a brochure. Chaz was amenable and very friendly and personable in helping us in resolving all issues; he was most professional in attitude and knowledgeable of the finer details that produce these custom-fitted chairs, giving us confidence in the product, so that and over a couple of hours we managed to choose exactly what we wanted in the fabric we wanted and at a price that pleased us, surprisingly. Thank you OakTree Mobility very much.

Andy, turned up on time. Very knowledgeable explained all about the various products, the ethos of the company, the warranty and that the customer always comes first. He was also a very nice guy.

Mark came to demonstrate a bed. He was friendly and put me at ease straight away. There was no hard sell and at no time did I feel obliged to buy the product. I did however end up buying a bed as I was very impressed with the demonstration bed which was set up for me to try. I had been thinking of getting another quote from companies that were less expensive, but after Mark explained that the components used were plastic and therefore inferior, I decided to go for an Oak Mobility bed. All I need to do now is wait for it to be built to my spec. Can’t wait to get it!

Hope this gets the attention of Oak Tree Mobility. Unsolicited marketing mailings continue to arrive even eight years after the addressee has died. Nothing seems to work to get Oak Tree Mobility stop these mailings. For a time, we were posting the mailings back to the return address with a note saying that the addressee has died. We then contacted the Customer service by email to stop the mailings and to let them know that such continued mailings are distressing. It is pathetic for a mobility company trading with vulnerable clients to continue marketing, ignoring death notification.

I had a visit from a representative one morning ,was very happy with the product ,placed an order and paid a deposit. Due to very unforeseen circumstances I was forced to cancel my order the same afternoon. I naturally thought that as I had signed a contract and paid a deposit I would at least be liable for at least the cost of the representatives time but they were very nice,understood my predicament and gave me a full refund. I cannot praise them too highly.

Visit from Ben was excellent. In presentation and delivery.

Chris came to see us and explained everything in a really easy to understand way. We are so excited about our new bed and chair. Highly recomend Oaktree mobility, very good experience.

Unsolicited mail to my name although I have never been in touch with this company nor the data company Sagacity they have got my details from. The letter was irrelevant and upsetting and so I will never use this company.

My 80 year old mother saw the details of the company and contacted them for more information. She was told that an operative was in the area shortly after who arranged to come and demonstrate some of their chairs. After an initial in house demonstration of over 3 hours, she was told of a limited discount and she could get a riser chair, a standard chair and a double sofa reduced from £14800 to £9800. Under the pressure of the salesman in the house and the 'limited time' offer she signed to order the chairs. She then gave a payment of £4850 as a deposit. We got there c1 hour after and she was quite shaken. She did not even know what she had ordered. No contract was left and mum was kept saying 'I feel so stupid' and was very tearful. I immediately telephoned the man and asked him to contact me immediately. To his credit he phoned me back c20 minutes later. Despite saying he was surprised that mum was so shaken, he said he would administer the refund, but he could not do it himself, the head office needed to do it and it would be done first thing on Monday morning. Mum then sent an email confirming the same and asking that all future contact goes through me or my wife who has power of attorney. Lo and behold c1pm on Monday they begin ringing my mum who answered. Despite telling the woman on the phone that the order had been cancelled via email and by the operative my mum was told that they had no record on the system and that the order was still going through.

On hearing this I immediately rung the company. After 20 mins on hold I was told by the gentleman that they could not speak with me and that they could not take an email cancelling the order and the 'MUST' speak with my mum.

I have emailed my details and will be with her on Friday I anticipate so will have to get her to ring with me in the room.

My mum is genuinely really upset and shaken. These techniques are vintage hard sell and the company is clearly preying on the vulnerable. What really upsets me is seeing the many other reviews on the system stating as much. The cost of the chairs is extortionate, but the manner they are operating is really upsetting. All we want is confirmation that the money has been refunded. It is Monday and my mum notes that has have a negative impact on her sleep and she is visibly distressed.

I would absolutely 100% avoid this company at any costs.
