Exceptional service
Farzin provided an exceptional service from the beginning of the process and found a good mortgage with an excellent rate of interest.
The process of applying for a mortgage was made so much less stressful and the advice provided was excellent and easy to understand. I could not recommend Farzin highly enough.

Excellent to deal with!
Luke found us an equivalent deal with a specific lender that would except one years tax return. Process was really simple and Luke responded very quickly to any queries we had whether it was by phone or email. Cheers guys!

Achieving what no one else could…
I can’t remember how I stumbled across this site but I’m so glad I did! Sheridan was unbelievable he listened a s took the time to go and investigate options and came back to me with me with great news! I was able to take the equity out my mortgage and buy another property, not one bank would listen to me but they he managed it and I’m forever grateful. He works with Jenna who makes sure all the information is in place and is always helpful and reassuring. I’ve recently gotten the keys to my new property.

Mr Richard was excellent on my mortgage journey
Mr Richard , who was my broker , was very patient with me knowing that , I have no clew regarding getting a mortgage especially for the first time, He explained every steps from step one ,to the end suppored with the bank,, the conveyance, the Insurance, etc till the contract was exchanged , always checking on me to see how far things was progressing, clearing any doubts in my mind.I will definitely recommend this guy for any first time buyer, he was very helpful.

I never thought I would be able to…
I never thought I would be able to purchase a house in the area that I wanted as a sole applicant as I needed over the normal 4.5 times usually given .
Richard Davidson was so positive and helpful straight away and find me a mortgage to meet my needs, he has explained everything to me at every step and made me feel reassured , I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a mortgage.

Profession, calm, friendly and helpful
Our mortgage journey wasn’t ever going to be easy and started while on holiday contacting Luke Naylor. From the start Luke was more than helpful, patient, and understanding, taking time to explain and reassure as we progressed. When everything came to an unexpected end with the sellers pulling out of the deal 3 days before completion, Luke was on hand. A new property was found and Luke again helped us through, this time battling against time. Always professional and a calm voice of reason in stressful times, Luke’s helpful approach made all the difference. We now have our own home again in no small part, thanks to Luke.
