I mistakingly made a deposit to the wrong account and with the help of an Oxbury agent had this changed to my original intended account without any fuss, just straightforward help. I also found it very useful that 3 month and 6 month bonds are available

Haven’t been with them long three weeks but so far so good easy to get through to by phone if needed don’t like the fact needed two devices to open easy access account scanning a barcode on one to open account used I pad then my I phone to scan the code but easy enough after that only account I’ve had to do that with

I was looking for a high interest account for a few months and this one was the highest

Pleased with service and products

Initially I found the security set up with the QI code and needing another device a bit confusing, but after trying a few times it worked.
Once set up I found the app refreshingly easy to use and everything seems to work great.

I've found it impossible to download the app - I've tried for over an hour on three separate occasions. I'm seriously worried about how I'll exit the account without the app.

Poor experience due to concerning lack of customer care from Oxbury.

Opening accounts via the Oxbury online system was more long winded than the vast majority of the competition. Their product T&C's are not well written enough and don't cover circumstances that some customers would need to know about. When I encountered issues I wrote to Oxbury and never received a reply.

I opened two different accounts over a period of a year or so and experienced various issues that lead to the ultimate closure of my most recent account. It's surprising that a company would not want to retain customers with not-insignificant sums invested, but the experience I had speaks volumes about how they operate.

More was expected from a company that announces its so-called care and commitment for a better world for farmers and the economy.
