Very nice on the phone, follow up service excellent
Very nice on the phone. They were able to cope with the second very old meter, which didn't do anything. Agreed to come out and remove at no charge. Would put me on an open monthly bill that didn't tie me in and I could change and switch. The man that came out was lovely. Polite, knowledgeable, friendly, careful. And took pictures for me.

I was facing an issue i had run out of credit i didnt understand power ni £3 friendly credit so I was delighted as I couldn't topnup until the next day a great service the lady was very well spoken and even sounded compassionate as I am severely disabled I did sound desperate

I was very impressed with nipower staff while finding out I was at fault the did not respond in a negative way the were even more helpful and sorted out the problem in a very short time .

Left me in tears
Left me in tears, didn’t help me at all. Refuse to close accounts even though we have paid our bill and are no longer there. Sending us bills of thousands of pounds despite no one in premises for two years. If any one else experiencing the same write an open letter to their shareholders Energia and contact their regulator. We are now moving all 11 of our accounts to another supplier.

Disappointed to discover that I have to…
Disappointed to discover that I have to pay my direct debit making sure I'm ahead of whatever the bill or usage will be ahead of time. Surely I'd be better with a meter where I pay with a card as I use the electric because I would be paying a lower rate for my electricity
