We've just sold our property with RSK Acton and it's been a good experience from the start. Professional, knowledgeable and approachable director (Toby) explained their process and justified the valuation in a convincing manner. He was also really helpful (and patient) with the questions I had later in the process, including those about my purchase (that they were not dealing with). The manager (Carla) was also very helpful, responsive and that's having her hands full with exceptionally problematic solicitors on the buyer's side.

Much appreciate Reeta's professional service @The Broadway branch, Ealing. She is efficient, responsive and sensible, always attending and willing to communicate with us. Reeta follows through closely all along. She has been progressive to further engage other viewings till we identified a right one.

Terrible experience, they showed us a place and we gave offer of the asking price, then tried to trick us on raising the price by saying someone else has also placed and offer. As we refused they said the landlord did not accept our offer but see the same place ad online again in even lower price that we offered.
