The property manager Holly Maingot is exceptional at what she does. She went above and beyond to listen to our concerns as tenants and acted promptly. She has been communicating every next step throughout the whole process, as well as working hard to grant us the best outcome. After some work was done at the property, Holly ensured that it was done to a high standard by going herself and checking everything. We want to thank Holly for making us feel heard as tenants, which can be difficult with other agencies, as proven with some experiences we have had in the past. We also want to thank her for making everything so straightforward and easy by taking care of everything. We haven't had to phone Holly once to ask for updates and that's a testament to her professionalism.

Shaun and Jessica had managed to find us tenants for our property very quickly and the whole process went smoothly. The property is being managed very well.

Josh Moody continues to be efficient and professional.

I have had Kieron as my main contact at Snellers Twickenham for the last few years with regard to renting out a couple of houses and he has always been fantastic to deal with…efficient, friendly and thoughtful.
But recently he has surpassed himself. I had a very difficult issue with one of my houses to solve. He came up with a fantastic solution to unlock the problem and then followed it through all the stages needed to get it to a resolution.
