New bed
I was impressed from the home demonstration with Alex to the delivery with Steve and Jibreel. All my questions answered and was allowed time to think about the purchase with no hassle. The delivery lads arrived at the prearranged time and they explained all the functions before leaving. Looking forward to a good night's sleep for the first time in four years.

What Willowbrook wrote on the 2/26 was completely fabrication I did phone several times without service and when I finally got someone to talk to she said that she send an independent expert. Which I have sent you before, and I wrote a reply which you never published.
I am writing this from my hospital bed which is not a problem. I have the receipts for purchase. I couldn’t recommend Willowbrook to anyone.

New adjustable bed
Both the office staff and the installers were very polite and helpful. The installer Andrew called with time of arrival on the install day,and completed the install to a high standard with his colleague Simon. Andrew gave us a demonstration and explained all options on the new bed. Thank you.

Ian and Jibreel were amazing, they came with humour and professionalism. They overcame the challenges we faced ( ie how to even get the bed upstairs) . Excellent customer service and delivery
When first booking my chair demonstration with Willowbrook, I was assured that they could deliver within 7 days and that they could demo the Montclair chair. Neither of these things was true, but they were the fault of one individual who was my first contact.
However, from that point on, everything has been very good. The demonstrator was very helpful, understood my concern about a long lead time, and promised to do everything possible to minimise it. My experience with customer support after that was excellent. They really did pull out all the stops to get the chair completed for me as soon as possible.
It was very much appreciated

James and Stuart delivered my riser/recliner chair today. Everything was explained to me and they were good enough to check things through with me. Everything from the massage function and the functioning of the chair. Would highly recommend both Willowbrook and their fitters. Gold stars all round guys, thank you

I WOULD RATE THIS AS A MINUS EXPERIENCE. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. THE SALESMAN ARE SLICK, THEY LET YOU BELIEVE THAT THE CHAIR IS WONDERFUL, MINE CAN ONLY BE DESCRIBED AS RUBBISH. THE FIRST ONE ARRIVED AND IT WAS TOO BIG, THE SECOND ONE ARRIVED AND AGAIN IT WAS TOO BIG. IT WAS RETURNED AND A LOAN CHAIR GIVEN. IT WAS RETURNED AGAIN TOO BIG BUT LIVABLE WITH, THE MOTOR HAS GONE NOW AND I HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL THURSDAY WHEN AN ENGINEER IS IN THE AREA TO FIX THE CHAIR

The chairs are excellent
The chairs are excellent. Ian and Andy did a great joib with the delivery and set up. They arrived just before the agreed time, moved out our current furniture and then installed the new chairs. They then went through the oioperations of the chairs and stayed until we were completely happy.
We are very pleased with this order.

Very good service
Very good service from sales, customer serve to installation. Bed installed today and the engineers Ian & Andrew went through everything with me on remote controls to mood lighting. Very happy with my new bed and can’t wait to try it out.

The delivery and installation…
The delivery and installation Engineers Chris and David were amazing and their knowledge of the Riser/Recliners was excellent. They really explained everything very fully and gave me some useful advice, I have rated them both 5/5 but if your rating system was higher I'd have rated them 10/10
They were both very friendly and cheerful which was very special since I think I was the last customer of the day.
Oh and the chair is exactly what I ordered.. love it.
