YW are a great company.
I enjoy phoning YW as they are efficient, pleasant, respectful and friendly.
Also I think that the Yorkshire brass band music is great. 🎶

YWA showed true empathy when my parents…
YWA showed true empathy when my parents passed away and I had to notify them that the house was empty and would be going up for sale.
They didn't bother me at all during this process and when I rang to notify that the completion date had arrived they were so kind when closing the account. It made things so much easier.

I’ve had to phone Yorkshire Water twice…
I’ve had to phone Yorkshire Water twice in 3 days regarding my bill. Both time I had two very helpful, knowledgeable friendly customer service advisors help me navigate my enquiries. It was an absolute pleasure to talk to them.

The lady i spoke with on the phone was extremely helpful and explained my bill so I understood it .although I still don't fully understand why it increased 50+pounds i now know I can check readings myself in future.
