Yorkshire water rip off keep putting up the bills well let me tell you something now I refusing to pay it Yorkshire water is joke can't even ring back to discuss it at agree time just showing you they don't care less about they customers all they bothered about filling the ceo pockets simple fact Yorkshire water is joke and greedy people

On all matters of meter reading and possible leakage the company personnel have been excellent.
Very thorough and patient combined with great practical knowledge.

Yorkshire Water had repairs to do on our street and warned us in advance. After the repairs I had an issue with a pressure valve which was releasing water from my tank due to over pressure. I called Yorkshire water helpline and they were superb. I plumber was sent and everything was resolved quickly. Customer service is absolutely spot on. Just to mention the first call I made was a trainee who was better than other companies established customer care team. You would have never guessed it was a trainee. No nonsense problems resolved quickly. Appreciated thank you :)

How bad are water Yorkshire? In Walsden our water has been of for a couple of hours, Yorkshire water didn’t think it was impotent enough to warn us. They pay that woman too much money.

The gentleman I spoke to was very helpful, he sorted my query out instantly. 10 out of 10.

Polite efficient staff who answer the phones quickly, call back when they say they will. Solved the problem with our account after an external leak.

Simple call for a query on my bill.. straightforward numbers to reach relevant department and a real person ,( with a Yorkshire accent 😊) answered and dealt efficiently and effectively with my query. All took no more than five minutes and no on hold music or robots. Fabulous service

I wasn't waiting longer than 10 minutes for my call to be answered. I explained my issue and the gentleman that answered went through everything with me methodically. I have had a refund processed and a new account set up. (I've recently moved). I enquired about having a water meter fitted and it actually wouldn't be of benefit to me. A really polite, friendly, helpful, efficient and genuine gentleman.

Customer service comparatively quick to respond and very helpful within the limitations of their system.
Standing charges seem high and sewage/road drainage very high.
CEO and executive salaries and bonuses are ridiculously inflated for the service received - well publicised and remain an issue.
As a monopoly in the geographical area they have no need to offer best value.
