Shocking company.
Save your money this is a scam they charge you £30 for about 8 minutes of a video call then tell you you have been declined treatment? But when you ask for a refund they tell you that your case is pending when you show them the declined letter they still deny you a refund not a bad scam that so AVOID AT ALL COSTS……

I have been taking various medications for years for chronic pain and two months ago I decided to sign up for medical cannabis treatment. Started end of May and have only taken one dose of painkillers since then. I am sleeping through the night with no pain keeping me awake and feel so much better! The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable and the whole process is very user friendly even for me with my limited experience on line, Thank you. I would totally recommend giving this a try if you are suffering with chronic pain.

I am very happy with the service provided by curaleaf. The staff are always knowledgeable and helpful. I am reassured that i have regular consultations and support is available if required.

This could be the best medical cannabis clinic by far, but they’ve made some pretty ludicrous decisions with the most important medicines; the long acting ones. There are two available - pastilles and oil. The pastilles aren’t vegetarian (containing both gelatine and a red food colouring made from crushed up parasites!), and the oil has recently been changed to an obnoxious, cheap toothpaste style peppermint type flavour. Why on earth would you want to exclude so many people from being able to take these? Almost all of the OTC supplement gummies you get are vegan, sugar free, and all sorts of stuff to make sure that they’re as accessible to as many people as humanly possible - because healthcare should be accessible, and because it makes no business sense to exclude massive chunks of your target audience!! And peppermint flavouring is a very poor choice if many of your customers are likely to be autistic. Ask the dentists of autistic people!! On top of that, the DPD medical delivery service they try to force you to use is abysmal (I was getting 1 in 3 of my deliveries before I paid to go via Royal Mail instead!). However, the frontline staff are incredible. Very friendly, very helpful, and genuinely want to help. The price of appointments is now much more reasonable too, even though the product prices are somewhat higher than most - which is a bad pairing with making them so undesirable! All-in-all, if you’re in the small marginal range of people that their products are suitable for, and money isn’t an issue, then they’re a good clinic to turn to. Unfortunately, I’ll be needing to find a new one now.

The service is fast to deliver, and consultants are friendly, professional and aware of all aspects of CBMP.

Had my follow up consultation on Thursday, was immediately put at ease, Laksha was so polite and friendly and I was greeted on the call with such a big smile from her i instantly relaxed and we had a great consultation. Thank you so much.

Terrible selection of medication, constantly out of stock and it takes weeks to resupply and dispatches are never on time or even somewhat reasonable

The moment you pay up is the moment the problems start. You receive contradictory information about dispatch dates and the customer service team are unable to help in the slightest. On the surface, Curaleaf look pretty slick. Just beneath the surface, it's a shambles.

There is only one business in the UK I have seen run expertly across all levels, this one. They are truly professional at every level. Their clinical staff are fantastic, put you at ease but do their job very well. Even their phone staff are exemplary. The quality of the medicine is 1st class.

What is really good already about the treatment that I'm currently receiving is that my pain is more or less at zero aswell as it helping greatly with my anxiety. The doctors I have spoken to have been very knowledgeable about the product and the staff I have spoken to over the phone regarding my prescriptions and other services have been above and beyond. So even though I've only been with curaleaf for a few months I'm more than happy with the support and guidance they have given me ☺️☺️

A young lady called Lynn she listened to my problem she told me sheed call me back.... In a very short time she had sorted my enquiry and left me able to get on with my day not waiting for her to call back.. All in all Lynn and the other Staff I've had dealt with get straight to the point resolving problems... I'd recommend using them solely, they're a friendly team who cares about the people who rely on their support... Cheers

I’ve been with cura for about 4 years and can honestly say they have come on leaps and bounds. I keep the same doctor for every appointment and he has been fantastic. They give me the advice I need and make sure I understand everything I need to know. There product range has increased and is getting better every time I order. Big up my doctor. You know who you are !!!

I’m relatively new to Curaleaf but not new to cannabis. I’ve used cannabis for my mental health and epilepsy now for 3 months. I’ve used cannabis over the years but until recently I have seen the benefits from cannabis massively with my seizures. Curaleaf have been great from the get go, nice flower buds with the nice little touch of a humidity pack to keep your flower lasting longer and not drying to much, which I think is a really good idea. Only downside was it was only in one of my boxes and not in both. Nothing major as I just reused the same one in my other pouch when I used this pouch.n I do have a follow up soon and I will hope to be able to choose other strains and to try the oils but having more flexibility as a patient to choose from without having to have appointments to change anything to the prescription it would be good to have a list of available medication with different strains and strengths with mixture of edibles, flower and oils. I hope to be able to ask for this to be added to my prescription to be able to order as my dose is to low right now but overall the delivery, prompt replies and excellent customer service I would give it 5 stars but it just being unable to have the flexibility as much as I would like is the reason why it’s not 5 stars. Overall amazing service. Thank you!
