Curaleaf Clinic Avis 

You will be lied to about the cost. They will access all your medical records and collect all your details and tell you it will be 'low cost' all the way through. They get you seen very quickly (because they want your money) and they made me the offer to pay them £380 PER MONTH - that's 25% more expensive than anywhere else. Utter con, they do not care about you or your health AT ALL! They care about the health of their owners bank account.

This needs shutting down.

EDIT: It's irrelevant whether you can identify me or not (I use a different account for trust pilot) what is relevant is "Is this review accurate?" And it is. Having seen the other 1 star reviews here, I'm pleased I wasn't gullible enough to actually order the prescription. I'm just so very concerned that people are being given false hope, this was supposed to be life changing for me, but it's just another disappointment. You should be far more careful about who you try to make profit from, and far more open about how this whole system works (or doesn't).

Always helpful at the pharmacy and I spoke to a lovely lady called Lynn she was very nice I’m sure I’ve spoke to her before and she helps you the best she can each time.

I've been with this clinic for over 2 years and it has been life changing. 100% professional at all times with clinicians who actually listen and provide a positive experience every time.

I would like to thank everyone involved in this product as it has proven ( for myself ) to be very beneficial for cptsd . The sativa seems to affect my neural pathways in a positive way that not only help me stay awake, but also help me to navigate ongoing stressful situations which previously would have led to my body shutting down for extremely long periods . I am gradually becoming stronger and more awake yet also able to step away from stress in a a more pro active way .
I currently use the oil orally and have found this to be the best suited to my health issues .
I have also trialled the vape, which is good if relaxation problems exist . It is a calming experience but for my individual health needs it does tend to make me sleep more so I don’t use very often . The design is good And discreet for people who may need medication when they are out and about.

Company itself is actually really good, everything runs smoothly and isnt very stressful to use, staff are always nice and helpful! But Products and stock availability on the other hand is shocking, terrible choices, high prices and always no stock on anything half decent. If you don’t mind low grade or low quality products then Curaleaf is deffo for you

First time in the store and they made me feel welcome as soon as I walked in the door. Stephanie got me set up, took care of my needs, and made sure I was comfortable as a disabled veteran. All of the staff were friendly and cool. Highly recommend using the Port Charlotte store.

Whole experience straight foward fast moving my initial assesment was brilliant easy to follow the doctor was fantastic i would highly reccomend curaleaf to anyone looking for the right medicine to help them cant fault the company at all overall it was really good

I needed some clarification information and I spoke to a lovely lady named Lynn who was exceptionally polite and patient.
I've never had any problem using Curaleaf and, my medication is always delivered on time and of good quality. 10/10 rating for me.

Excellent service, I have been with Curaleaf for over 3 years now. Not had any issues, not once.

I understand how hard it can be as I used to work in drug and alcohol many years ago, as clients can be demanding and moan about moaning lol

But for me, its an excellent service.

From I've started this service, anyone I've spoke to been great, from I first reached out, to admin, every Dr or Pharmacist I've spoke to, your service is well managed and you make it so easy to access, I have always been made to feel at ease with every step. The app is also good, I used the bot this week which also provided me with info I needed. The usage side, I ran out this week which was accidental but I never realised how much it helped me as I've had to go back to taking more tablets again which I don't want to do.

I had a video call with one of the doctors this morning at 7:40am.

He had a really weird attitude when it started, he seemed like he didn't want to be there. Then he made super bizzare comments like "I'm not your slave". He kept talking very quietly and when I would say to him "I can't hear you, you're speaking very quietly" he would roll his eyes and continue to talk in a quiet voice and he even m9ved back from the camera at one point and I could barley hear him, I asked him if he could speak a little louder and he said "I'm not going to shout" which was ridiculous response.

By the end of the call I was very confused about his behaviour, I decided that there was no way I would continue with Curaleaf.

A few hours later I called their customer service and said I would like a refund as after the video call experience I'm just not comfortable going forward with the company. I was told I wasn't allowed a refund because the interview had happened, which makes no sense, if the video call wasnt being conducted by a rude person there wouldn't be an issue. Now I'm having to pay for a bad service

I would avoided this company, there are much better ones out there.

Just an awful experience. I have at least 3 main conditions that qualify me to use this service. I saw their adverts and thought why not. I’m suffering most days with one of these conditions and I was getting desperate. I just needed help. Didn’t want to reply on nhs pills my whole life which probably do more harm than anything. I had my consultation video app which I thought went well. I was honest and explaining my points. They then came up with a serious of questions. Apparently my doctor had to answer them. ? So I forward to my doctor. Was informed the NHS do not answer precise questions but send an overall summary. This was done which took 1 month. 3 weeks after that I still heard nothing. I then ask Curaleaf what the issue was. They claimed still waiting on the info required. I double checked with my GP practice and was told a summary of my conditions was sent 5 days ago. So I went back to Curaleaf with this info. They then realised oh we got a bit of information from your GP but not the answer to the questions. The information was there for the clinicians to evaluate. Make a decision on the info provided. They didn’t bother. So 2 months+ of my life and effort to get help made worse. I now feel depressed and wish I hadn’t even bother with these people. Do I not deserve help like other people. ?
To finish I’ll close on their adverts. “don’t worry, we have the answers”. No, not even remotely. If anything they ignore you. You expect they would be helpful and understanding. No. They are not. If I had lied and said I smoke every day and I keep going to drug dealers and I’ve been arrested and stuff I probably would have gotten a prescription. Which shows you how terrible this company really is.
I am hurt and let down. Now I’m suffering in pain and anxiety that I’ll never be able to get proper help.

Just not good enough. Was told id be able to browse and select my own after a couple of months. They lied. Always pushing awful tasting, expensive products. Told them I had a budget ignored every word I said. Bad product. Bad staff. Bad company. Save yourself the bother.

They keep you informed; the staff and clinicians are very helpful and supportive. The products are of high quality.
