Curaleaf Clinic Avis 

So far so good. I have been a patient for just over a month and i am happy with the service i have received. I was accepted quickly after my initial consultation and my prescription was raised and dispatched within 5 days. The option to order in smaller quantities helps with affordability. I had my 2nd consultation today and the clinician listened to my opinions with respect for a 20+ years cannabis user.
The peace of mind i now feel having cannabis prescribed to me legally is priceless to me.
I have successfully stopped taking prescribed pharmaceutical anxiety medication and i fully believe i couldnt have done that without the support of prescribed medical cannabis.
I have personally received a good experience so far with curaleaf clinic and i have recommended to friends and family.
Cannabis is used by people to self medicate alot more than it is acknowledged in general and that stigma should be changed in my opinion.

I have been with Curaleaf since 2023 and have always found them to be very helpful. Consultants are caring and explain the treatment options, customer service are very responsive and medicines are delivered using DPD. My experience with them has been excellent and I would be happy to recommend them.

Left this clinic as my last recieved prescription wad sent back and as it had gone past the expiration date they HAD TO issue a new one. However, the last prescription was brown and looked like it had alredfy gone through a vapourizer. They have refused to take it back, have refused to give me my money back, i left the clinic and for the past 3 months they have refused me my money back, even though i gave the prescription straight back ive had to collect it now or it will be destroyed and i will have no evidence of my money being stolen by this company…£276! They said i have to take it even though the expiration date was months ago. Funny that now isnt it. Dont go with this company! I will be joining a trusted one as soon as i can afford to.

Curaleaf uses a holistic approach Dr Bell would be proud of. I have pretty much every pain issue going, plus a few more fun things. And Curaleaf have helped me greatly reduce the amout of codeine I'm taking daily, and I'm still almost pain free (cannabis can't do much about dislocations), as well as treating my insomnia and anxiety issues. 30+ years on conventional medications has got me taking 120mg of codeine a day.

A friend recommended the clinic (as does google if you ask for the best option) and I have recommended it to friends myself.
Everything is nice and simple to use, the clinicians explain everything, so you know exactly what you're taking and why. They ask your opinion and preferences, so each treatment plan is specifically tailored for your health and lifestyle. And they're really nice and put you at ease.

I really like the app with the pharmacy portal, so everything is in one place and I can just click a couple of buttons to order medication or book appointments.
Since they have so many clinicians, you can make appointments when you need them, instead of having to call at 8am and sitting on hold for an hour to be told there are no appointments left, because everyone has to call at 8am on the day, or plan illnesses 2 weeks in advance.

The payment plans are designed to give everyone an affordable option. I chose the yearly plan, so now I don't have to think about it for a year, and all my follow-up appointments are paid for.
The medications cost less than the street equivalent, and are obviously better quality.

I honestly do not have a bad thing to say about the clinic, it has been everything I could have hoped for. And I'm just grateful I have friends who knew to put me on to them.

I take a cocktail of tablets with a tablet change by my gp Curaleaf was then able to help. They made it so easy and was a 100% professional

I have now been a patient for a little over 4 months all the staff have been really helpful and polite. Plus the medication is far more effective in controlling my chronic pain than my previous medications I just wish I had joined a lot longer ago..

Constantly have to change medication due to lack of stock. They take your money without stock and then expect you to wait until they can supply. You are a consumer not a patient.

Every time I come in, they waste my time and they have no idea what they’re doing. They lied to me and tell me I have one more discount left and I come all the way over here just for them to say just kidding. Sunburn is a lot cheaper with our carts as well. I will never come to this location again. You guys need to hire some friendly people because this is not it. sunburn is where it’s at.

As a new customer I would give 10 stars if i could! I had my initial consultation Sunday, approved by Monday, and prescription delivered on Thursday - unbelievable! I even got a Travel Letter within 20 minutes of requesting one. This incredible service has meant I can now take my medication with me on holiday and start straight away which is a huge relief. Can't recommend the company enough!!

I’ve been using this service for about a year now. Not happy with the delivery. After ive payed for my prescription the delivery can be from 2 days to over 7 days It’s hard to get the amount I need for the month. Anyone who is reliant as I am on the medication will know how distressing it can be if you don’t have the medication. Customer services dont have a clue about how it affects people who are reliant on the medication. Nor do the doctors. If I don’t get the medication I get the sweats my mood is very irritable, anxiety is through the roof and can’t concentrate. But trying to convey this to customers service is impossible?, it just falls on deaf ears. They will pay you lip service. But nothing happens.
The flower is generally top notch, as are the vapes and oil.

Sent them my full medical history documents, they then kept asking for the same information as though they hadnt even bothered reading what I sent. Then kept asking for opinions from my very busy GP and mental health team. I then received an email saying they would give me a prescription if I sent them information from my GP and mental health team , which they already have. I then logged into their site and it said I had been declined for treatment, I opened up the attached letter to see why and it said I had been accepted.

This company are unacceptable. Their support is terrible. They ask you questions about your mental health without any counsellor or therapist available. Jumping through various bureaucratic hoops again and again because they do not read all of the documents you send, then laying the final responsibility on already over worked and under paid NHS staff who are not trained in medical marijuana treatments , so it will come down to their opinions on the matter more than the actual science of the medication.
I am currently in dispute with them and will take them to the appropriate ombudsman if the result is unsatisfactory. I suffer from CPTSD and was seeking help , instead I have been made anxious and confused and had my traumatic past dragged up with no counselling help all for contradictory reasons.

Avoid this company , ignore the high star ratings they do not give the real picture here. They take your money and offer a very poor service that can be harmful to you .

Further EDIT: Your reply has completely failed to address my complaint - I DID discuss all of the things you mentioned, you have an absolute cheek to suggest that it wasn't. You are criminals, as simple as that.

You will be lied to about the cost. They will access all your medical records (which is the REAL aim of this 'service'), collect all your details and tell you it will be 'low cost' all the way through. They get you seen very quickly (because they want your money) and they made me the generous offer to pay them £380 PER MONTH - that's 25% more expensive than anywhere else. They are gifting money from vulnerable people. Utter con, they do not care about you or your health AT ALL! They care about the health of their owner's bank account.

It's irrelevant whether you can identify me or not, what is relevant is "Is this review accurate?" And it is. Having seen the other 1 star reviews here, I'm pleased I wasn't gullible enough to actually order the prescription. I'm just so very concerned that people are being given false hope, this was supposed to be life changing for me, but it's just another disappointment.

You should be far more careful about who you try to make profit from, and far more open about how this whole system works (or doesn't).

To prospective patients: Just move along, close this tab now and move along, I am saving you all the hassle.
