if you like irradiated, machine dried, machine trimmed no cure cannabis this rubbish is for you. if you like transparency and like to know what you are consuming ie how the drying process took place then avoid this site. the non disclosure of drying methods and cure times is a major red flag. for someone who has 25 years in experiance im shocked that curaleaf are allowed to hide that information from unwell patients that need the right strains and correct drying methods. out of 40 options of flower their was only 1 yes 1 option where the drying and curing details are available. processing of canabis is extremely important to me and for obvious reasons. what you are effectively doing is using gamma to kill the terpenes, then machines force dry and aggressively trim. its then not even cured for 2 to 4 weeks its just dispatched. sod the customer right? aslong as curaleaf profits are good who cares... well i care anyone reading this should also care. i will not give curaleaf another penny.
Edit.
I have already stated my preferences and agreed with the prescription. The issue is your products are hidden behind non disclosed drying information. Mamedica have transparency. The reason you are not transparent is because you don't have any good products! If people knew the difference they wouldn't buy this rubbish they would make sure that its non irradiated. Hung dried. Hand trimmed and cured for 2 to 4 weeks. If any of those steps are skipped or not disclosed any reasonable person would decline it. Nice try at diverting the blame away tho curaleaf.

Most parts of the service are good, but unfortunately the clinic is let down badly by how long it takes to process and dispatch prescriptions.
I ordered on 6 August, and it is now showing that my order may not even be dispatched until 13 August. That is over a week just to get the prescription ready and sent out. Then you still have to rely on DPD delivering it on time, so the total wait can become even longer.
Whenever I ask about the delay, the explanation seems to be that they are very busy. Being busy shouldn't be an acceptable excuse for repeated delays with prescriptions.
I have never used a normal pharmacy where I have had to wait days or even weeks for a prescription to be prepared, only to be told they are busy. If a clinic is taking on more patients, it needs to have enough staff and capacity to provide the service those patients are paying for.
There are good parts to Curaleaf, which is why I haven't given one star, but the prescription processing and dispatch times seriously need improving.

★☆☆☆☆ – Genuinely one of the worst experiences I have had with a medical cannabis clinic.
I would strongly advise anyone considering Curaleaf, particularly patients transferring from another clinic, to think very carefully before signing up.
I started transferring to Curaleaf on 6 July, and more than a month later I am still trying to get my treatment properly sorted. What should have been a straightforward transfer of care has become an exhausting succession of delays, phone calls, poor communication and repeatedly having to explain the same situation.
My consultation was with Dr Bremner, whom I had previously encountered in January when an appointment was also mishandled, resulting in me having to use another clinic in the interim.
I eventually returned to Curaleaf because delivery changes with previous clinics meant I needed another provider. I already had around three years' experience as a prescribed medical cannabis patient, with an established prescription history and knowledge of which products and strengths had worked for me.
Despite this, I felt my previous treatment history was essentially disregarded. I was prescribed products at 20%, 17% and 20% THC, considerably below strengths I had previously been prescribed successfully elsewhere.
My complaint is not simply that a doctor made a different clinical decision. Doctors obviously have a responsibility to prescribe appropriately. My issue is that I felt I was not listened to, my prescription history was not properly considered, and there was no meaningful discussion about why my treatment was being changed so substantially when transferring clinics.
When I tried to explain my concerns during the consultation, I felt dismissed, and the call was ultimately ended while I was still trying to discuss the situation.
Trying to get the decision reassessed then became another ordeal. I asked to speak to another doctor or have my prescription reviewed but was passed backwards and forwards, told another doctor was not available, that the same doctor had dealt with my case, and that it would need to go back through an MDT process.
That would have been acceptable if somebody had simply taken responsibility for arranging it. Instead, I repeatedly had to chase Curaleaf myself.
Eventually I sent a detailed email explaining everything. After speaking with a staff member called Evonne, I was told another appointment could be arranged with a female doctor. Even then, it was not arranged automatically and I had to call again myself to get it booked.
During that call, instead of concentrating on why a patient who had already waited weeks still did not have appropriate continuity of treatment, the conversation became focused on whether I was supposedly "raising my voice."
I was not shouting. I speak with considerable inflection and variation in tone, and as a neurodivergent person my communication style does not always sound identical to a neurotypical person's. Speaking emphatically because you are frustrated is not the same as shouting or abusing staff.
After all of this, the replacement consultation I have finally been given is still weeks away.
So more than a month after beginning my transfer, I am still waiting for Curaleaf to properly reassess medication I have already been prescribed successfully elsewhere.
For somebody transferring clinics with years of documented treatment history, I would expect the new clinician to carefully review that history, discuss what has and has not worked, and explain any proposed changes. Instead, my experience has felt like Curaleaf effectively started again from scratch, significantly reduced the strengths I had previously received and then made obtaining a second opinion unnecessarily difficult.
The customer service afterwards has only made matters worse. I have had to chase appointments, repeat myself to multiple people and send lengthy emails simply to get the situation addressed.
For patients relying on prescribed medication, this is not just an administrative inconvenience. It is their healthcare.
Based entirely on my own experience, Curaleaf has been by far the most frustrating medical cannabis clinic I have dealt with. The lack of continuity, poor communication and feeling of simply not being listened to has been unacceptable.
If you are already established with another medical cannabis clinic and considering transferring to Curaleaf, I would strongly recommend asking exactly how they intend to handle your existing prescription history before moving.
I wish I had. One star. I would not recommend Curaleaf.

Very easy to speak to someone quite quickly. The 12 week reviews are constructive from both sides. Appointments for 12 weekly review is as simple as picking a date and time on booking page.

I’ve been with Curaleaf for around six months now and, for the most part, my experience has been positive. However, when issues do arise, it becomes an absolute nightmare to get them resolved.
I placed an order on 28th July and then, on 3rd August, received an email informing me that it had been cancelled. When I checked the app, my prescription had completely disappeared without any explanation. This happened only seven days after my appointment, during which a new prescription had been issued, and nobody has been able to explain why. Several members of staff have suggested that it could simply be a technical glitch.
The only option available is to call the support centre, who then pass the issue on to the prescribing team. Unfortunately, this is where the longest delays occur. Patients are told that it can take 24–48 hours for the message to even reach the prescribing team, followed by another 24–48 hours for the prescription to be reviewed and issued. In total, this means it can take more than four days just to rectify a problem.
It also appears that, at times, prescribers do not fully review clinic letters or notes from previous appointments. On two separate occasions, an item has gone out of stock while I still had medication remaining on my prescription. The app instructed me to select an alternative medication, but the prescribing team did not appear to check why the prescription had been changed. As a result, I had to contact Curaleaf again to have the remaining 10g from my previous prescription reissued, which took four days from my initial contact before I was finally able to place an order.
As someone paying for an ongoing subscription, I do not believe patients should have to pay an additional £30 for a one-off appointment simply to correct administrative or technical issues. Overall, Curaleaf works well when everything runs smoothly, but when problems occur, the process is slow, confusing and far from streamlined, causing unnecessary stress for patients who rely on their medication.

So far so good. I have been a patient for just over a month and i am happy with the service i have received. I was accepted quickly after my initial consultation and my prescription was raised and dispatched within 5 days. The option to order in smaller quantities helps with affordability. I had my 2nd consultation today and the clinician listened to my opinions with respect for a 20+ years cannabis user.
The peace of mind i now feel having cannabis prescribed to me legally is priceless to me.
I have successfully stopped taking prescribed pharmaceutical anxiety medication and i fully believe i couldnt have done that without the support of prescribed medical cannabis.
I have personally received a good experience so far with curaleaf clinic and i have recommended to friends and family.
Cannabis is used by people to self medicate alot more than it is acknowledged in general and that stigma should be changed in my opinion.

Left this clinic as my last recieved prescription wad sent back and as it had gone past the expiration date they HAD TO issue a new one. However, the last prescription was brown and looked like it had alredfy gone through a vapourizer. They have refused to take it back, have refused to give me my money back, i left the clinic and for the past 3 months they have refused me my money back, even though i gave the prescription straight back ive had to collect it now or it will be destroyed and i will have no evidence of my money being stolen by this company…£276! They said i have to take it even though the expiration date was months ago. Funny that now isnt it. Dont go with this company! I will be joining a trusted one as soon as i can afford to.
