We were blown away with a very professional product and service.
We ordered up a new table cover and added our artwork, the speed at which the order, design concept and completed article arrived at our office was amazing.
We really appreciate the service you offer and we will be back soon for some more items.

Not recommending this gazebo shop at all. I've called them twice to make sure my order would be perfect and on time as I need. I was told, I should recieve gazebo in two working days. When I've ordered gazebo, with half-walls, I was told they don't have half-walls at the minute and waiting is approximately 4 weeks. I got very frustrated as I called them and asked about this desire gazebo. Then I was told I need to wait for the refund 5-7 days. Even more, I've paid with PayPal and they told me the refund depends of my bank institution. PayPal is working immediately if It comes to the refund. I am extremely frustrated as I won't have specific gazebo on time.
Just save your time and don't buy anything from there. They will tell you something and do something differently.

I reported a Gazebo canopy failure, initially speaking with Ashleigh, who was most helpful, and afterwards I sent an e-mail with the details. Within the hour the matter was investigated and I was advised that a replacement would be with me the following day. Excellent response all round.

I am so glad I found this company. I needed a gazebo to cover my mobile bar over a very busy bank holiday weekend. I was amazed at how expensive some companies were until I found you. The structure was durable and really easy to put up and take down and great value for money. I will be buying more in the future.

Brought a couple of gazebos from here, customer service team have always been helpful. Even when I've had problems through not fault of my own they have gone out of their way to help me. Highly recommend.

Order a gazebo and flags from Gazeboshop. Everything was bang on. Staff were super helpful, everything arrived on time and was great quality. Would absolutely recommend! Will be using them again in the future for certain.

We just spent a considerable amount with this company and was assured the gazebo will be here today but when I called this rude lady informed me that we didn't confirm he delivery address, which in fact we have over the phone and via email! She just said they have a training day so cant help me and will only send it out on Tuesday - our event now cannot go ahead because of their incompetence - train your staff in how to deal with customers! NEVER again

We brought a bright yellow gazebo and are so happy with it......my hubby has an eye sight problem so to help us they even put the cover on for us...the service we received from beginner to end was 100%....iwould recommend them to all..

Claim that a gazebo frame has a 3 year warranty, but when it doesn't operate as it should and the frame bars break during assembly this isn't covered apparently. Waste of £500+ BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY DO NOT USE.

Ordered weights which were in stock on their site - they then tried to call me when i was busy and finally emailed to say out of stock until april! So why say in stock on the site and watse people's time? Basically a dishonest practise used by a lot of ecommerce sites

The products are really good quality, over the years the sales team were really helpful and when having trouble putting the gazebo up I spoke with the manger who was more than helpful

Do not ever use this company. Bought a heavy duty gazebo at just short of £1000, decided to invest in one rather than hiring one as I have an extra large garden & was always hosting events. Gazebo arrived on the Monday, gone to build on Wednesday to check all was in order. Couldn’t get the frame to pop up so contacted company, had a rather helpful man Luigi try to help with this issue. Waited to get 6 strapping men together to erect this, with much work they eventually got this up only to discover that the reason it took so many was because the frame was twisted, went to put sides on only to discover they were covered in mud & I had obviously been sent a pre owned gazebo, next came the rain that started pouring in the roof. Contacted company to be told this was condensation, well it certainly wasn’t condensation as it was coming in with the rain. After trying in vain to contact company I eventually got Luigi again who then proceeded to be very aggressive to the point he almost had me crying with his cruelty of telling me I was nothing but a feckless little woman who clearly didn’t know how to handle a 6x4 gazebo & the product wasn’t second hand & I had clearly used it for my event & just wanted my money back. This was not the case as my event had been planned for a children’s Halloween party & this was only start of October. I was then refused a refund & had to contact my credit card company. Would highly recommend no one uses this company as now I’ve done my homework I know how they are known for this behaviour. I have now purchased a gazebo from a reputable company & can say safely that my experience with them has been 5 star from start to finish & I now have a great gazebo that I know is a great investment for my many events to come. This company has had to accept the chargeback from my credit card company & I really hope no one deals with them again. Complete sham of a company. Anyone looking for a great gazebo should look no further than bulkhawk, great quality gazebo’s at amazing prices with the most amazing customer service ever. Not sure if Luigi is the boss or manager but either way his customer service is appalling. I’m very interested to see your reply to this Sam. This is no longer under investigation & still no response from sam. However this company are still trying to harass me & have things sent to me which I’ve had to refuse delivery of on multiple occasions, even to the point I’ve had to put a padlock on my side gate & leave notes not to leave any deliveries without a signature. Absolutely disgusting company & now I’ve had to resort to filing a harassment complaint

Very disappointed with this company. Spent just under £800 buying a gazebo. Less than a month later (during summer) the roof ripped along the seam. Gazeboshop would not replace until I returned it as they wished to inspect to determine if this was a manufacturer fault? Not sure how it could possibly be anything else? No offer for them to arrange collection and they expected me to pick up the cost. Very poor service and they have now blocked me from their Facebook pages as I wrote an unfavourable review.
