Excellent grass
Delivery was as expected, altough difficult to communicate with initially all worked out. Grass however is exceptional and identical to sample. Could not be happier

I ordered samples and they came very quickly and free delivery.I then placed my order and it also came very quickly and because it was over a certain price it was also free delivery.From start to finish it was a very easy transaction.

Everything was fine up until delivery
Everything was fine up until delivery, delivery driver told my wife to help him and she to leave our 1 year old child in the house or he wouldn’t be delivering the grass. Ridiculous

Straightforward transaction. The product we bought was to tidy up a piece of land behind a commercial unit. Therefore, cost was a factor and the product we bought was at the cheaper end of the scale. Very happy with our choice and the help from Grass247.

I read previous reviews of one man delivery but the guy was able to pick up the grass and bring it in by himself so 10/10 for when booking the service, how quick the delivery was and the quality . Overall im very happy with grass247

Stay away!!!!
Deliver driver delivered grass into passage way, wouldn’t take it down the back lane (ample room) and dropped the grass onto water supply causing major leak. Now the company is taking ZERO accountability. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
After emailing, there also now seems to be no contact whatsoever.
