Took my car in for a repair which took one week. Picked it up to find it wasn’t fixed after paying £1000. Told to bring it back to have it rectified. Car bought back and fixed after two days. Wife picked up the car and discovered paint damage to the front bonnet. Asked for repair after review of cctv footage of workshop. Managers response was it was our fault for not flagging the scratch prior to picking up the car. Complained again that this was definitely 100% not there on drop off and damage is exact to repair of bumper. This is not a honest or good way to deal with customers. They pride themselves on being a family run dealership with core values but leave the customer service at the door. Very disappointed and very upset about the damage. The least they could have done is review the cctv footage in the workshop but they didn’t because the damage would have been evident. It’s dishonest and it’s not good business.

Just purchased a new MG ZS Hybrid, l dealt with Joe and couldn’t be more satisfied with the way he handled the deal. I’ve read other reviews and probably sometimes things don’t go as well as we would have expected but l have to say l was treated with respect throughout. Six weeks or so after buying a Giulia, the clear-coat came off the front bumper and bonnet during the car's first wash (with a sponge). Mangoletsi say that because it survived being pressure-washed by them, it is nothing to do with them and that they don't cover paintwork under warranty. No theory presented as to what might have happened for the clear-coat to become friable between then and now.

Purchased my car Mercedes GLC 300 from these Cowboys on 15th January, cost me a pretty penny or two, the car wasn’t up to scratch on collection, no attention given to detail , dirty windows inside , carpets dirty, aluminium window trim stained, engine bay filthy and I’ve just recently found a boot edge dent. The key was missing to the wheel lock nuts as well. Found out these issues once home after a couple of days of checking more closely. No preparation, checking or attention to detail was given to my car, if I hadn’t already sold my other car and got a train from chester to pick it up I would have asked for my money back however I have now resolved the issues my self at my own cost. The after sales manager Martin Scott is a complete waste of space, sent him my complaints and he didn’t follow up his words to resolve my issues, totally fobbed me off and didn’t reply to my telephone calls. The team appear to like sending you on a runaround. Avoid this salesroom, they are just a bunch of clowns who like to take your money and not provide you with any after sales care. The owner would be advised to really check up and scrutinise his employees as they are giving his business a really bad name, he probably hasn’t read all the other reviews or has he? Guess we’ll never know. How do they sleep at night? Please look elsewhere for your next car! Very disgruntled customer!!

Connor was easy to deal with, professional not pushy. He was very thorough and patient, answering my many questions. He had really good knowledge of the vehicles and i purchased a fiat abarth, which I am really pleased with - thank you.

I took my Jeep to Mangoletsi for servicing, and it was an absolute nightmare. Don’t be fooled by their status as an authorised Jeep dealer—they clearly don’t know what they’re doing. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a service centre.

The only reason I chose them was because they confirmed—twice—that they could upload my service history to the Jeep database. They assured me repeatedly that it wouldn’t be a problem. Yet after the appointment, they outright ignored my request. Jeep UK has confirmed multiple times that Mangoletsi is fully capable of doing this and can’t understand why they’re being so difficult. Despite this, Mangoletsi simply refuses to do it.

What’s worse, they knew full well this was a key reason of why I booked with them, and they still took my money. I feel completely duped.

As if that wasn’t bad enough, they quoted me £600 to fix a issue with the vehicle—an issue I was already aware of. I took it to my local garage instead, where they fixed it for just £60.

Avoid this place at all costs. They’re incompetent, unreliable, and, frankly, dishonest.

Highly delighted with the experience of buying a car from Mangoletsi. The transaction was smooth and professional from start to finish.

I bought an Alfa Giulia( VF19 VBJ ) in July 2024 which I subsequently found was not fit for purpose.

The car was sent back for 'repairs' however the same faults occurred. In one dangerous incident I had almost pulled out on to a 50mph A road when the power steering failed.

I rejected the car and asked for a refund however Mangoletsi came back saying there was no fault found. However I have an AA breakdown report which proves failure.

They have now not responded to my last 3 emails leaving me hugely inconvenienced. They have my car as well as my money and are refusing to correspond.

Please whatever you do, do not buy from this company!

I bought a car from Mangoletsi in Jan 2022 - all was fine until I started experiencing a few faults with it in Aug 2023. Some minor ones (infotainment system), some frustrating ones (air conditioning turning off in hot weather) and even a dangerous one (auto headlights randomly turning off with no warning).

The car has been in for 'repairs' 3 times now, the latest occasion led the car being in the garage for over 3 months, over a year in total and they have still not managed to repair at least 2 of the faults - it's hard to know if everything has been fixed as they are intermittent faults and they are adamant each time that they are.

One of the times it was in for repair, it came back with a new fault with the key/locking system.

Communication has been poor - we have often found it impossible to get someone to answer the phone in the service department (although have found that they answer if I ring off my wife's phone), email replies are few and far between.

I'm now trying to reject the car due to this being a warranty issue but am not being offered a fair valuation for the car.

Would not recommend using Mangoletsi.
