2 pallets of flags turned up contemporary gray we laid the first pallet but on opening the second they were a completely different colour. Rang several times and couldn’t get through eventually I got a response on email. Sent another pack of flags out and most of them were broke. As they use an independent courier it took about another week to collect the flags then sent out another 2 packs which again were a lot lighter so the customer who we were carrying out the job for told us to take up the flags originally laid which she wanted and put these flags down as she had had enough waiting. In my opinion I told the customer the flags in the first place seemed very expensive for what they were £50 per square metre All in all it cost me a lot of money and found it very difficult to get hold of anyone to rectify problems.

My experience with this company was extremely disappointing. Many of the slabs I received arrived broken or damaged, and getting a refund was unnecessarily difficult and time-consuming. The customer service was unhelpful and made the process far more stressful than it needed to be. Based on my experience, I would not use this company again and would urge others to be cautious before ordering.

Delighted with the colours and sizes, the slabs fitted together well. Issue with broken /damaged slabs, the situation was rectified quickly and all damages / broken slabs were replaced

We have been waiting a long time to find the right contractor to resurface our 500 metre drive and with Paving Direct we found them. The team of 9 guys with plant & equipment completed the work in 3 day. Amazing, so very pleased.

I ordered three samples, paid, then tried to order the one that was the most suitable… only to be told they were having difficulty sourcing the paving… and they were unlikely to get it in… so time and money wasted!

Ordered 2 Sandstone Paving Circles & 800 Sandstone Setts in March for my garden landscape. Price seemed very good, they arrived when & how they said they would & have had no issues with them since laid.
Did have some white patches appear on the larger circle within a week, but these are according to Google natural (salt?) & disappeared within a week or so.
Be careful to note smaller circles have less stones/layers in them.
Only the bigger ones have two layers of stones around the centre one. It is clearly listed, but easy to misunderstand looking at pic of larger circle.

Fantastic slabs with great service recommend

The paving looks lovely now it's laid. The process was frustrating. I was advised by the company not to order too long before the job was going to be done. I ordered in good time but received no information about delivery. When I chased it up, I was finally given a date later than I'd been told it would be and had to pay the builder for wasted time. The company accepted no responsibility. The paving stones are very attractive but not as bright in colour as the photos on the site suggest.

Ordered, delivered when they said no hassle

I ordered 2 large pallets of Indian sandstone. It was clear on the website what the colours of the slabs would look like when laid. I paid the extra for an exact delivery date and the delivery was made on time. It's good to have the option of mixed sizes and colours in each pallet.

Quality product and prompt delivery. Would setinitely use Paving Direct again.

Good product arrived on time and intact

As with most businesses the real signs of great service arent apparent until something doesnt go to plan and their subsequent reaction to that. I had an issue with a damaged slab. Paving direct were fantastic and instantly sent a replacement.
