Edit: After communicating with customer service I received partial refund, because I did not want to send item back (too much hassle). In over all, customer service was good, but ordered item was not.
Original review: I ordered table and it's so low quality, with damaged and glued parts (visible glue, which made it even worse). Delivery was OK, but the product - I wish I did not spent this money. I will not be buying anything here.

The seller promises to solve it after receiving the order. But this means that the buyer has to take his time to claim this tax. And, most importantly, it is possible to communicate in Latvian on the store's website, but the answers are given "robot", i.e. in a mechanical translation made with google translate, where it is sometimes not clear whether the reader has understood the question and, accordingly, what the answer is. The VAT tax of the previous purchase was returned within 2 months. We are waiting for the return of the VAT tax of the last purchase, every week we receive the e-mail full of concern from "Robot" that the situation is being solved.

The purchase was made to a company that is a VAT payer. We still haven't received back the VAT we paid. We have written several times.

Low quality furniture was dirty and had a hole in it. Had to spend time to wait for it to receive and than send it back.

1st time the boots that I ordered were the wrong size. Sent them back immediately. Contacting with them was high effort, after 2 months I finally received back money, although I was asking to just change them to the right size.
Ordered again the same boots a week later, but they are in bad quality, do not recommend (fishing waders) - teared a week later.
