Our history
SECOM’s roots in the UK go back as far as 1918, when the family-owned Lodge Lock and Safe Company began providing security solutions.
Growth and acquisitions led to its re-emergence as the Carroll Security Group – a major independent electronic security company.

Secom Security Engineer arrived on time. Checked thoroughly that the Alarm System is working properly for its annual maintenance inspection. I can’t stress how rare this level of service is, for any company nowadays. SECOM’s commitment to customer satisfaction is impressive. Super-responsive, incredibly professional and it’s almost as though they take your safety personally (imagine that, for a security company!)

Great attitude to work from your…
Great attitude to work from your engineer but upon leaving site of the evening it was found that the work was not completed properly. This meant employee had to remain behind to wait for remote support to put the alarm back into working order.

Our experience with SECOM has been excellent! SECOM is not the cheapest supplier but it's worth paying for quality service! Darrell and Nadine have been very efficient and friendly throughout the installation. It was very smooth and get the job done very quickly. Definitely recommended!
