Great options available - was able to download an image easily, and the team connected back with me to ensure I was happy about how the image was placed on the banner (as my image was more long than wide) - and I was very happy with the product that was delivered and the delivery time. Everyone I've shown the banner to has commented on the good quality. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Delayed delivery and no response from the customer service team.
The customer service team informed me that I would receive an update within two hours—often sooner; however, I never received any follow-up.
For Canadian customers: be aware that delays may occur, as happened with my order. The products frequently ship from international facilities (mostly India), which is not clearly disclosed on the website during the ordering process.
