Curaleaf Clinic Avis 

I ran out of medication 4 days ago, i was supposed to get my refill but Curaleaf still haven’t despatched my medication, i paid on time i even ordered 2 weeks in advance and still they can’t get me my medication in time. How can they call it medication if every month I have to go a few days or a week without any medication at all, due to their slow despatch times. If you want a constant supply of medication stay away from Curaleaf. I will be switching to another company due to the very very poor service from Curaleaf. Even the staff are becoming aggressive with the patients that ask for an update on delivery. I even had customer care team member Clare exhale in frustration down the phone when i asked about my delivery.

Rugby, physical labour and old age catches up and I swear without a good clean source of pain management things might have gone downhill rapidly.
Highly recommended, does what it says on the tin.

Good prices and choice, but the service put me off
I approached Curaleaf because their product choice and pricing looked very attractive compared with my existing clinic. Unfortunately, my experience of the service left me unwilling to transfer my care.
My original appointment was cancelled and the replacement meant leaving work early and losing income. I found the consultation itself rushed, cold and lacking empathy.
The consultation was conducted by video call, with the doctor apparently working from their home. During the appointment, another person entered the room at the doctor's end and began speaking to them while my consultation was taking place. There was no explanation, acknowledgement or apology for the interruption. Given that this was a private medical consultation in which I was discussing personal medical information, I found that particularly uncomfortable and concerning from a patient-confidentiality perspective.
I also received conflicting instructions about the information required from my existing clinic. By this point I had raised a formal complaint covering my overall experience, including the consultation and my concerns about confidentiality. I was told that my concerns would be discussed at Curaleaf's weekly complaints meeting and that I would receive an update afterwards.
As part of the transfer process, I was also given a psychiatric assessment appointment. What surprised me was the time: 9:30pm. Despite it being such an unusually late appointment, I made sure I was available and joined the video call as arranged. The system showed that the host had been notified that I was waiting, but nobody attended. I waited for around 15 minutes before eventually giving up.
Curaleaf later apologised and offered to rearrange the missed appointment free of charge, but I was told I would need to telephone the clinic myself to arrange it. There was no explanation of why nobody had attended the original appointment.
At that point I'd had enough. Medical cannabis is part of my pain management and I need a clinic I can rely on. Curaleaf may be cheaper and have an attractive formulary, but I've decided I'd rather pay more and remain with my existing clinic, where I've consistently received professional, trouble-free consultations and feel listened to as a patient.
For me, good prices simply weren't enough to outweigh the experience of the service.

Curaleaf have been brilliant from the very beginning. So glad i transferred over to them. I had my second review today with Sinead O'Hara, she was very easy to talk to, helpful and informative. Good selection available as well and hats off to the pharmacy. Great work. Thank you.

Very good step by step guidance

First time for everything but today's review is not positive, prices changed on a prescription during my request of it and they won't honour the price, I guess that's me looking at other clinics/pharmacies going forward if it's going to be a monopoly. Absolutely atrocious in my opinion. Update: it seems it may of been the app but I shall await further info.

Best thing i have done. It way beats all the heavy tablets that don't help me they just make me like a zombie to get rid of pain which it doesn't really do. Now I just float along finally getting some real rest. The doctor I have been involved with so far has been great always gone that extra mile. CUSTOMER service have also been great putting up with all my messages can't fault not one of them.

Been with curaleaf now nearly 10 months, never had an issue from day 1, meetings on time customer service experience is beyond good, prescriptions always done within 2 days and I get within 3 days from dispatch, really great service especially where I live, and the courier they use has always been on time and I get my medication as scheduled so ive no complaints great service all round from clinic to pharmacy never have to wait long on reply.

I assist my friend who has aphasia and I want to say that our video appointment with Rebecca Fern went extremely well. Curaleaf is very flexible In as much as it will send out a Zoom call link to more than one person where the patient needs assistance with his their speech . Rebecca was very good at explaining how the products recommended are useful in treating the symptoms my friend has and we feel that we now understand better what's going on and how he should be using the products.

Such an amazing service, really have your best interests at heart. Pharmacist Haseeb was absolutely amazing, he knew my issues, explored my needs, made me feel super comforable.He moved things in the right direction in a couple of hours!!!

I love working with curaleaf as they are in plain a fantastic professional company who in my experience employ very capable and informed staff

Hidden extra appointment fees. I was supposed to have an e-consultation. It didn't show up in the dashboard as usual. Customer service says I'm lying and the only solution is to pay them again for a new appointment or buy a subscription. Apparently all they can do for their mistake is make me pay twice. Avoid

Really helpful clinicians and none judgemental the products are quality and the delivery is secure
