Hidden extra appointment fees
Hidden extra appointment fees. I was supposed to have an e-consultation. It didn't show up in the dashboard as usual. Customer service says I'm lying and the only solution is to pay them again for a new appointment or buy a subscription. Apparently all they can do for their mistake is make me pay twice. Avoid

Truly fantastic company and staff
This company and its Dr's/Clinicians are truly fantastic and very knowledgeable.
They really care about what is best for the patient, and will give both great advice and plenty of options about which treatment is right based on what us patients require.
I've genuinely been blown away at how attentive and friendly they are.
If you have been considering medicinal cannabis treatment but are unsure of which company to go with, then Curaleaf is a company that can be trusted.
They're brilliant.

I was previously with Releaf I find Curaleaf superior in every conceivable metric including saving me £262.94 per month for the same treatment.
The medication choice & pricing range beats everyone else out there & the customer service is actually customer focused.

If you are suffering pain. Don't just say i cant get help. Ask a clinician if you may qualify for Medical Cannabis. It's legal!

Dr Laksha Satchithananthan was great
Dr Laksha Satchithananthan was great, needed my prescription changed due change in circumstances and was done without hesitation. I have been with Curaleaf with 3 years now and they been great, even when I first joined from that first appointment they have been professional and polite. Highly recommend this clinic for your medical cannabis journey
