My partner has been a patient of Curaleaf for a few years now and the professionalism and care of the company is second to none. I am the patients carer and I can honestly say the difference of being able to access medical cannabis for him has been life changing for him. I thoroughly recommend Curaleaf to anyone.

This is an amazing company. They care, they are so supportive. I had an issue with my parcel going missing. These guys sorted it and I had my meds the same day. I’m not kidding the service and support is second to none! Highly recommend.

The problem isn’t the products/flower… it isn’t even really the delivery service… it’s the lack of customer service!
It’s true they moved their main courier to be DPD which I had a nightmare with for over 2 weeks of drivers marking it down as no one in to deliver to. But I expect that from DPD im sure we all do.
I hoped to get at least some understanding from the manager when I spoke to them, but all they could say was that if DPD lost it or didn’t deliver it after a month of investigation i wouldn’t get charged for the product or medication that I never received-
Then I was dismissed on the phone and told by one of the managers at Curaleaf Clinic that she never has a problem with DPD so it must be fine.
A month without medication later DPD finally assigns a driver willing to do their job they’ve been contracted for.
So I thought right let it go pay the extra money to have Royal Mail deliver it and have no problems in the future, that’s what I hoped.
But the start of the week I went to order the rest of my prescription and they said my flower was out of stock, so I requested an alternative flower which would normally mean I could order it the next day as it was a mistake their end that my prescription was out of stock.
That wasn’t the case, the app apparently took that as me switching my next months prescription up. I know this because when I called customer support that’s what they told me. They said the app made a mistake and there was nothing they could do about it, so it looks like another month without medication, after paying for extra postage and paying for more meeting with doctors without getting any medication.
Honestly I wish I could recommend Curaleaf as at first it was going well but I think it’s clear from what everyone is saying… they are long on there way downhill.

Continued taking funds despite agreement to stop, as couldn’t use service any longer. Also marketing continued, again agreed to cease. They have been very difficult to deal with for a long time, so relieved to be gone from them, not helped my condition. Had horrible conversation yesterday. Money grabbers, AVOID.

Very clear on the questions and things were understood well.

What a relief! I've spoken with a professional, was listened to, spoken with Louis on their Live Chat service and he answered my question before it was even asked! Cannot complain so far, I've just transferred from Alternaleaf clinic and I can say it has already been a far better experience with Curaleaf. I haven't yet had my prescription (I only ordered it yesterday) and as long as there's no issues with delivery then I'm a million percent happy that I got away from Alternaleaf.
All I ask, is for competent adults to carry out their roles effectively and Curaleaf have done that. Alternaleaf did not. Thank you Curaleaf!

Staff are amazing. Really helpful, ready to answer any questions you have. You are assessed quickly & have follow up appointments, so don't feel you're ever left alone, someone is always available. I'm one month in and customer service, prescriptions, everything, has been spot on! If you feel you qualify, take that step & contact them and see where it goes from there! Good luck!

The clinician I saw, David, was unfriendly, abrupt and cold. While I was explaining my symptoms he seemed bored, and I felt as if I was getting on his nerves.
He cut me off before I had finished. He said it was obvious the AED was not working without giving me time to explain what I was experiencing. At one point I thought he was going to raise his voice.
I felt he dismissed my PMDD symptoms and I did not feel supported. I came to clinic because I am unwell and needed to be listened to. A member of staff who has no patience for that should not be working with patients.
I felt as though the appointment was treated as a quick prescription and discharge, not as proper support. Patient support should include being heard, not being rushed out.

Réponse de Curaleaf Clinic
Took money and declined treatment, which is no issue as I understand that I'm a complex case. They are now refusing a refund, and I have no access to any information on the app!
I will be placing a formal complaint but doubt it will make any difference.
Absolutely shocking service! I'm not surprised that you have such a poor CQC rating.
Mamedica have been so much better!!!!!!

10 DAYS OF CHASING CURALEAF AND STILL WITHOUT MY NORMAL MEDICATION
I have been a Curaleaf patient for 4 years and have consistently attended the clinical reviews required of me, alternating appointments and e-consultations when there are no changes.
My last appointment was 14 April. On 21 July after ordering my next month slightly early due to being away for 4 weeks, Curaleaf told me in an email I needed to complete an e-consultation before ordering the following month’s medication. I was not told Id have to pay for another appointment if I didn’t complete by a deadline and I informed Curaleaf the dates I was away and returning.
When I next logged on, there was no e-consultation available. My medication had disappeared from repeats and I was instead directed to another paid appointment.
I first contacted Curaleaf about this on 26 August. Ten days, numerous chats, at least 10 emails, a formal complaint and escalation to senior management later, I am STILL without my normal medication.
My daytime prescription was eventually issued. My main nighttime medication remained outstanding until I had to contact support yet again yesterday despite the involvement of senior management the day before- it was refused to be prescribed until I booked another paid appointment. Both have now been prescribed and paid for as I’ve booked another appointment, but I still have neither.
I am prescribed this treatment for significant pain and stopped my other prescribed pain medication after starting it. I have therefore been left without prescribed pain relief.
This is harming me. The extraordinary administrative burden of repeatedly chasing a regulated healthcare provider for established treatment of 4 years has caused considerable stress and adversely affected my health. As a disabled patient with chronic illness, I also consider this excessive burden to raise serious concerns about Curaleaf’s Equality Act obligations.
I eventually received a response from Curaleaf’s Patient Care Director/Lead Pharmacist, relying on “clinical safety” to explain why I could not complete my e-consultation and obtain my monthly prescription.
Curaleaf claimed this is now too late for an e consultation and a paid appointment is now required as the gap is too big. Yet its own records show last year I had an e-consultation 18 weeks and 6 days after my preceding appointment. This year I tried to complete it at exactly 19 weeks – ONE DAY later.
How can the same interval previously be acceptable but now be prevented on “clinical safety” grounds?
Curaleaf also told me allowing the e-consult would ultimately create eight months between face-to-face appointments, yet Curaleaf previously allowed 32 weeks between my appointments last year. If the next appointment needed to be sooner for safety, why couldn’t it simply have been brought forward?
More importantly: what about the safety of allowing a patient to run out of prescribed medication?
I was not refusing clinical monitoring. I was questioning why I suddenly had to pay for another appointment when Curaleaf had explicitly told me to complete an e-consultation and had previously accepted the same interval. This problem has disrupted both my established review pattern and continuity of care, while ten days of chasing have still left me without medication.
CQC Regulation 12 concerns preventing avoidable harm/risk of harm, mitigating risk and safe medicines management. CQC specifically states that medicines must be available in necessary quantities to prevent risks from medicines not being taken as prescribed. I have asked Curaleaf whether this has been investigated as a patient-safety/medicines-management incident.
I have previously complained to Curaleaf about prescription and delivery timings risking interruptions to medication, no action was taken. Other Trustpilot reviews describe similar difficulties obtaining medication on time.
After 4 years as a patient who has consistently engaged with my care, I do not feel I have been treated with appropriate care, respect or consideration.
Patients should not have to act like complaints investigators and post on Trustpilot simply to get someone to take responsibility for continuity of prescribed medication.
If Curaleaf does not take full accountability for this medication interruption and the patient-safety and medicines-management failures that allowed it to happen, I intend to escalate my concerns to the CQC.
This is not an acceptable way to manage patients or their medication.

It started out ok, but after a while the cracks began to show.
I was prescribed 11:11 flower, which is frequently unavailable. I've been given prescriptions that go out of date in a few days, despite only using a small amount - complained and was told they could pick it up, but then couldn't guarantee it'd be in stock when I needed it, so I had to keep it.
Have to speak to a different member of staff every time I contact them, nobody seems interested in taking ownership of my complaint. Now the replacement flower(12:12) has disappeared from my account, complained about it and was told they couldn't help but would pass my message on to the relevant person - that was over 2 weeks ago. It's demoralising to deal with this level of incompetence, think I'd best just leave.
