Really poor customer service. Booked a test drive at a previous visit. Had a long wait to be seen, wait for the car to be fueled then for paperwork to be completed. Once we finally got away over an hour after the booking the PHEV was not charged and so could not really experience the car.

Adrian Lucas - remember the name! I bought my Fiat 124 Spider from Mangoletsi and not only is the car great, the service I received from Adrian was just superb. I bought the car end of November and it was delivered with care all the way to Somerset. There were a couple of tiny issues that needed addressing and Adrian got these sorted for me quickly and efficiently, always staying in touch to give me progress reports. The whole purchasing experience was a pleasure from start to finish. The car is great value for money and I can’t wait for good weather to get the top down. Thank you and well done, Adrian. Top man.

Lying salesman, no mot/service done when told it had been done. Poor aftersales and slow complaints procedure and not a fully satisfactory outcome. Would advise against buying a car from here.

Mangotetsi illegally add compulsory fees.

Their advert states the car was has NO SELLERS ADMIN FEE (I have proof). When offering a deal they added a £149 admin fee and £25 petrol fee (I have proof).

THE LAW STATES:

17.2. The selling price is by definition the final price and must therefore include the unavoidable and foreseeable components of the price, components that are necessarily payable by the consumer.

17.5. Additional charges should be included in the up-front selling price if they are compulsory. A failure to include compulsory charges in the up-front price may breach the law.

... by not being up front about these extra COMPULSORY fees added they are breaching the law.

Please don't get caught out, please read your paperwork including small print before signing anything with Mangoletski.

Reported to trading standards and auto trader to make them aware.

Absolutely shocking, sprayed my wheels and the spray paint come of within a day, to be fair they did paid for them to be resprayed but that isn’t enough to warrant a good service.

Karl who sold me the car told me they would send out badges for the wheels as they where no where near the standard he made it out to be, then apparently the first set got lost in the list and the second set conveniently didn’t arrive, but the worst part is he told me the car had full service history and it doesn’t it has 2 years missing and recent years as well. Then go top it of i haven't had my V5 document for over 10 weeks so rang the DVLA and they didn’t even send it off! Or give me the slip to send it off so u know have to pay £25 to order it myself. Seriously don’t use these felt dodgy from the start

First time we have purchased a car from Mangoletsi,
and found the experience straight forward
Dean [Brand Ambassador] was very knowledgeable and helpful and kept us up to date with delivery date and process.
When picking up the new car the management team and Dean were very courteous and welcoming. I would not hesitate to recommend Mangoletsi and would be happy to purchase another vehicle from them in the future.

First impression the garage is very clean and tidy with a good selection of cars, I visited on the off chance just to look around.
Adrian came over to see if we needed any help and was very polite and helpful.
The buying process is very straightforward and easy to understand.
I bought my car on Monday and it was ready to be collected by Thursday. They made the whole experience really enjoyable.
Managers even took time to say Thank you as did other staff.

Take care when dealing with this company. I agreed to purchase a car and part exchange my old vehicle but the invoice that I was given showed all the prices excluding VAT, and the difference to pay was more than I was expecting.
When I got home and with the help of a calculator I realised that they had added £400 to the advertised price of the car and then offered a £350 discount so I was actually paying £50 more for the car than the price on Autotrader and their website.
They also charged £149 Administration fee despite the fact that the Autotrader listing advertised that they did not charge an Administration fee.
Fortunately my deposit was returned but the company failed to respond to my correspondence and I felt that their sales methods were very misleading and underhand.
This is a warning to carefully check their misleading invoices and false charges for Administration.
