Replied to my email about shipping in under 30 minutes which was amazing and answered my problem directly.
The product came like the next day or the day after (can't quite remember but very quick) which was super!
I ordered the Stick Seat Superseat Range - Observer (Black) for my partner with spine issues as we were going to a camping festival for the first time since her diagnosis. It was a life saver being able to sit down and still see in a crowd.

A very good buy
A very good buy, It's as described and does the job excellently. Large cubes - which may need a tap of the bottom of the tray on a work surface to loosen them, after removing the lid, to be pedantic - which is simple enough to do. Been used a lot in this recent heatwave. I bought two, and am glad to have them. Prompt delivery.

My first package was delivered to the wrong address I called you guys and you were fantastic,the lovely guy I spoke to pin pointed exactly where it was delivered to,my brother went round to the house to try and retrieve it no thanks to Royal Mail who did nothing,the house it was delivered to denied he had the parcel,I had to call you again to say they denied it being delivered there,you guys sent me another kettle out to me which I received with no problems,thank you so much for being a lovely kind company.
