Technical support on point, answered my question, and within the set responce time given.
Ordered left wheel mudguard, for electric folding, airfold wheel chair.
Delivery was very quick well within delivery times, right part first time and quality was excellent.
Overall very easy process, both online and via telephone, which is getting a rare thing nowadays to actually speak to a real person with knowledge. Felt the staff and company actually cared, again a rare thing nowadays. Highly recommend, and thank you for all your help.

Adjustable and sturdy.

Website is super easy to use and vat exemption also near check out is a great feature. Package came very quickly and well packaged. It would be handy to have a youtube video on how to fit/use products, but they have thousands of lines so probably can’t do videos for everything. I did ring customer service as forgotten to order another item. whilst the man wasn’t rude, he wasn’t helpful either. So ended up not ordering additional item. But overall a positive experience.

Pity i cannot score below 1. This company as been a pain in the arse since april, i recived a package from that was unwanted. Emails pinging asking for return details were IGNORED it was only when i started swearing it changed things. Like finaly getting a reply But nothing changed the said they wont return the product. They claim the matter is over but it isnt to me. The last few weeks of stress and distress, annoyance. I will never stop compaing until they listen to me properly
