Ordered a 3m awning yesterday
Ordered a 3m awning yesterday, had trouble trying to pay. Got an email saying they'd taken £80 from my card, no order no or delivery given, Said I had 30 mins to order for next day delivery.
Tried ringing them to chase it up but I don't have an order no. Going round and round in circles chasing it.

first class sales department, easily explained, and not pushy for a sale. have previous gala tent, and now upgrading size. perfect for what we require, and simple to erect quickly, and majority of the build can be done by 1 man, first class product. Gala tent organised a date to suit me for delivery, and was a great help. Nice simple delivery by courior.

Outstanding service
Great packaging with tracking, fast delivery, Easy payment with options should you need to, items as described. My marquee is now 10yrs old, this new cover set was simply because I wanted it to look fresh, Gala Tent supply all spares for their Marquees so you never have to worry about not being able to buy any part of the frame, covers, extras! The fact you can extend the marquee is fantastic! Best purchase i ever made was a Gala Tent. Here's to many more years of quality!

Looked at other dealers for a Marquee and these guys really stood out. Contacted them and from first conversation with Alex was sure we made the right choice. Alex always kept us up to date with the items and offered better alternatives if we required. The quality of the produces are fantastic and designed with practicality in mind. Overall cannot fault anything.
A great company who did everything to make this a smooth purchase.

Called customer services and spoke to Leah. She was really helpful and guided me to the parts I needed can’t fault her customer service in any way parts came next day which was amazing. Would highly recommend gala tents not just for their quality product but their customer service is outstanding
