Our history

SECOM’s roots in the UK go back as far as 1918, when the family-owned Lodge Lock and Safe Company began providing security solutions.

Growth and acquisitions led to its re-emergence as the Carroll Security Group – a major independent electronic security company.

In 1991, Carroll was acquired by SECOM Co Ltd of Japan, which has seen us go from strength to strength ever since!

Didn’t do a full servos never cheaked…

Didn’t do a full servos never cheaked the garages and they are on the system admitted it was the first time he had been but should be on the paper work

Poor technical support

Poor technical support, never turn up when agreed, don’t understand the system, take days sometimes to fix issues. At best platitudes and apologies but no solutions or compensation. My friend has the same system with a different supplier and has not had a support issue yet

Excellent engineering visit.

The engineer turned up on time, was polite and very respectful. He was very thorough and efficient, taking time to explain things and answer any questions we had. Probably the best visiting engineer we have had since the system was installed.

The Engineer was very thorough

The Engineer was very thorough and continued to try to find a solution to the problem. However, he was unsuccessful as the Secom office was unable to find or reset the password remotely.

While we were advised that you were available at any time on the agreed date, for future maintenance visits, we can absolutely offer you a more specific AM slot (between 8:30 and 12:00) or a PM slot (between 12:00 and 17:00). Please just let us know your preference when you schedule your next visit, and we'll be happy to accommodate a narrower window for you.

Very friendly engineer

Very friendly engineer, who took great care to check everything. However was unable to reset the clock. probably not his fault but could not get advice from office.
